British SOE Equipment Reference book by Anders Thygesen & Michael Sode
A must have for every SOE or British collector; this revised book by Michael Side and Anders Thygesen compiles most if not all known SOE items. A reference of drop containers, weapons, explosives, manuals, communication devises and certain missions. The book is not openly available to the open market as it has been printed in a very limited run. I have 15 examples in stock and after those are sold it will be very hard to obtain a copy. The items showed in the book go beyond rare; most of them meant for one time use and destroy after only. Hence the rarity of these items in the book. A great reference book with great, in depth information!

The garment is in good, worn condition and is a typical pre war Waffenrock modified for field wear with the addition of two lower pockets. The insignia is typical for a Leutnant der Panzergrenadiere and match the condition of the jacket. The bandoleer is named Liebig in the typical purple Kopierstift. The bandoleer is in good used, not abused condition. Just the right amount of character can be seen; one can see the imprint of the individual rifle clips in the back. There is a match for a Werner Liebig killed in action at Bronkhuizen 28.11.1944, a Obergefreiter serving in 6. Kompanie Fallschirmjäger Regiment 20 in the Volksbund Database.
