Unique document grouping to Zugführer Fritz Lausberg, KIA Stalingrad
Unique document grouping to Feldwebel u. Zugführer Fritz Lausberg, killed in action 23.8.1942 at the first day of the battle for Stalingrad. He served in Panzer Jäger Abteilung 371 as a Zugführer. He was awarded the EKII, EKI and Sturmabzeichen post mortum. The grouping has a large album with his letters, photographs and messages sent to the family after his death. A extensive grouping in very good condition for a Feldwebel in a Panzerjäger Abteilung, killed in action on the first day of the battle for Stalingrad.

Original death card to SS-Panzer-Grenadier Karl Reil. He was KIA on the west front on 26.12.44 and died at the very young age of 17,5 years old. Depicting the information from his death card it’s sure that Karl Reil participated in the Ardennes Offensive as he is buried in Recogne/Bastogne.

Y-straps manufactured from British webbing in Wirtschaftsamt Litzmannstadt
These Y-straps are made in the Ghetto of Lodz, Poland which the Germans renamed into “Litzmannstadt”. They are made using parts of captured British equipment items. These British equipment items where left in 1940 when the British Expeditionary Force evacuated to the United Kingdom. The Germans sent these for recycling and a lot of work was put in disassembling every British equipment piece and recycling the individual parts into German army equipment. This Y-strap is a beautiful example of the equipment that was made in Litzmannstadt. In contrast to most encountered Litzmannstadt manufactured Y-straps this example is in combat used condition. Excellent example!

MG spare bolt box for the Lafette 42
Excellent and rare to find MG spare bolt box for the Lafette 42. The box is made out of steel and has a few bits of paint still left on it. This is the 3 type spare bolt box which could contain both the MG34 as the MG42 bolt but has only been observed in use on the Lafette 42. These boxes are rare to find in good condition without being messed with post war!

Very nice leather equipment belt in good, issued and named condition. The belt roughly measures 90cm in length and would easily fit a mannequin. The belt is nicely named to O.Gefr. (Obergefreiter) Klasener underneath the leather tab. The belt is nicely marked RBNr. 0/0496/0330 which indicates production by an unknown manufacturer. Very nice named example!

General purpose dust goggles or “Umbral” goggles as patented and produced by Carl Zeiss, Jena. The construction of the goggles indicate that it’s late war production. The goggles itself are made out of a grayish coloured leather and are undamaged but in salty condition.
