Typical soldered hinge pin – the lower hook seems to have a period repair. A textbook badge in very good condition with most of its original finish remaining that would look stunning on the breast pocket of a Panzergrenadier tunic!

    A must have for every SOE or British collector; this revised book by Michael Side and Anders Thygesen compiles most if not all known SOE items. A reference of drop containers, weapons, explosives, manuals, communication devises and certain missions. The book is not openly available to the open market as it has been printed in a very limited run. I have 15 examples in stock and after those are sold it will be very hard to obtain a copy. The items showed in the book go beyond rare; most of them meant for one time use and destroy after only. Hence the rarity of these items in the book. A great reference book with great, in depth information!

    Original yet restored uniform set belonging to one man. According to the collector I bought it from the insignia were found together with the uniform; the breast eagle, cuff title and collar tabs were restored post war. The garment is in good, worn condition and is a typical pre war Waffenrock modified for field wear with the addition of two lower pockets. The insignia is typical for a Leutnant der Panzergrenadiere and match the condition of the jacket. The garment has a few moth damages here and there but is in good displayable and been there condition.

    Nice example of a late war Q64 no decal M40 helmet in good used condition. The Quist firm produced the size 64 M40 helmet shell right up till late in 1944 whilst the other companies all adopted the M42 model. The helmet is a tell tale of the Quist quality with a shell blued prior to painting. The outside retains up to 85% of its factory applied textured paint. The inside is typical for these helmets finished without texture. This helmet was made for all the branches just like the M42 helmet without decal. The helmet features a field adapted and attached chinstrap which is original to the helmet. Hard to find late war M40 helmet without decal!

    Excellent Luftwaffe (Tropical) issue rucksack manufactured out of multiple shades of blue fabric. Very nice and unusual example with blue/grey carrying straps and some loops on the front as well from the same materials. The rucksack is in excellent condition without any damages at all, it only has some kind of staining on the front. The rucksack is nicely named on the inside but this is hardly readable. Excellent rucksack in close to mint condition which would be very hard to upgrade!

    Excellent light weight pattern Y-straps as issued to Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine personnel. The Y-strap is in excellent condition and is made out of a aesthetic light brown coloured leather, sadly it is missing the small leather parts to prevent the hooks from falling off. This example is nicely marked Otto Gehrckens, Pinneberg 1941. Very nice example!

  • Rare brown bakelite 6×30 Dienstglas case

    Beautiful and aesthetic brown coloured bakelite 6×30 binoculars or Dienstglas case in very good, undamaged condition. The case itself is manufactured out of phenolic resin with shredded textile fibers as a filler material (a certain variant of/on bakelite). The case features Pressstoff belt loops and a Pressstoff pulling tab on the closing tab which are all still intact. Interestingly these brown coloured cases are virtually always found together with the tan coloured binoculars. The case is in very good, undamaged condition and has a aesthetic and vibrant light brown colour which shows the filler material, this would nicely attribute any late war NCO uniform setup!

    Rare late war periscope marked rln. A late war periscope that was designed by Zeiss to replace the standard ZF14 periscope which was expensive to make. This late war, simplified design was used late in the war on self propelled guns and by infantry. The periscope still retains up to 90% of its original factory tan paint. This is a rare late war periscope that would be very hard to upgrade.
