Bekleidungs Amt Wilhelmshaven and the date 16-10-1937. The breadbag is named to Binder. The bag comes complete with the wide textbook Kriegsmarine breadbag strap it was issued with.

The compass still retains the original lanyard which is pretty hard to find. The mirror on the compass has a small brass portion soldered to open it up, this is a nice wartime modification. A nice and honest heer belt in good condition. The belt buckle is nicely maker marked J.C. Maedicke 1941 Berlin. The buckle is in very good condition with the leather tab and was originally found in the Dutch town of Bergen op Zoom 4 years ago. The belt is in nice supple condition but was added to the belt at a later point making a great set!

Late war belt size 90 marked RBNr. 0/0564/0005
Textbook late war simplified construction without a tongue where the holes are punctured into the belt itself, this is sometimes referred to as a M44 belt. The belt is nicely marked RBNr. 0/0564/0005 which indicates production by an unknown manufacturer. The belt is a good mannequin size which measures 90cm in length and is therefore marked “90”. Nice example!

Nice original motorcyclist or Kradmelder goggles. The goggles are in overall good condition, sadly the glass is cracked at both sides. This is a common feature and can be seen on many wartime images! The goggles are nicely marked MW 41. Nice example!

Textbook early/first pattern tropical rucksack with full webbing construction dated 1942. The rucksack is in overall good condition and has no major damages. Sadly the frontal connector straps are missing but this is virtually always the case. Nice rarer pattern rucksack!

USAAF B-4 flight bag
USAAF B-4 flight bag which is like a portable wardrobe and can contain several garments such as ‘best dress’ uniforms which needed to be kept tidy. There are two damages to the zippers which are pictured but the zippers are in working condition. The handle features a tag ID’ed to the veteran who served in the 38th Bomb group. During World War II the 38th Bomb Group was a medium bombardment group operating in the Southwest Pacific Area (SWPA) as a B-25 Mitchell unit assigned to Fifth Air Force.

The canteen itself is nicely marked WWL 43 which indicates production by Wilhelm Wiesenauer, Aluminiumwarenfabrik Ludwigsburg in 1943. WWL is an extremely rare to find maker and for me the first example encountered! The canteen is in overall good condition without damages and comes in its original configuration with a black bakelite cup marked gfc 1943!

Excellent and desirable late war unpainted/unfinished M31 messkit without any paint or finish of any kind, none was ever applied! This is a so called transitional type which features all the characteristics of the M42 messkit but is still made out of aluminium. The messkit is nicely marked HRE 44 which indicates production by Heinrich Ritter, Esslingen in 1944. Rare and desirable variant!

Nice detail is that there are two different shades of brown used in the construction. Excellent holster which would look great on an officers set up!

These holsters where intended for a range of 7,65mm pistols such as the PPK and HSC. Nice holster which is harder to find in worn condition as in mint condition!

US liquid vesicant gas detection paint
Very nice original original can of US gas detection paint marked Paint liquid vesicant detector M5 type 2 Cincinnati Ohio. These paints where used by American troops to camouflage equipment but also used on WD motorcycles. The paint inside is still liquid.
