€50.00Black bakelite cup which is in a good used condition with a lot of small surface scratches. The cup is nicely marked with an MPD code which was typical for period produced bakelite items. The MPD code F7/S Indicates production by an unknown maker and that the used material is Phenolic resin (bakelite) with sawdust as the filler material. Nice black bakelite cup to complete a canteen or a display!

€200.00Very nice large capacity 1L canteen or Labeflasche in very good condition. This example has a greenish cover and is early dated which would imply this is a tropical issue canteen. The canteen is nicely marked on all the parts MN 41 which indicates production by Metallindustrie GmbH. Neunkirchen-Saar (MENESA) in 1941. Very nice “tropical” example!

Superb first pattern Heer Panzergrenadier tropical EM field blouse
€4,750.00A textbook early EM tunic for a member of the Afrikakorps. The tunic is a first pattern example with all early insignia in unworn condition. The breast eagle is applied by hand and is slightly curved which seems to be typical with these early tropical garments due to the material. The Litzen are straight machine sewn with handsewn ends. The shoulderstraps are rare and matching EM Panzergrenadier tropical shoulderstraps that are impossible to obtain otherwise. The garment is a nice medium size fitting mist modern mannequins. The tunic comes with a nice set of two painted belt hooks. The garment is a textbook early example that would be very hard to upgrade and if you’re after a textbook early tropical tunic, wíth shoulderstraps; this is your chance!

€135.00A Iconic edition of LIFE magazine. The tough, haggard man on the cover is one of the thousands who are winning the battle for France. He is Lt. Kelso C. Horne of the U.S. airborne infantry. Men like Lt. Horne saw their hardest fighting on June 6, when many of them were landed behind German lines in Normandy with parachute troops. In the great breakthrough in France, airborne troops are probably being used as infantry shock troops. The picture on the front is one of the most iconic images of the war. The magazine is in good and complete condition. A true ICON for any Airbornecollection!
