New€650.00Excellent Air Medal grouping to Glider Pilot Francis Sydney Cunningham. The grouping consists of his Dogtag, insignia, medals and a Citation by the Dutch Minister of Defense. Cunningham served in the 32 T. C. Squad, 314 Troop Carrier Group. He served during D-day, Market Garden and the final drop into Germany where he crashed. I have added some some copies of his wartime photographs. A very nice grouping which would be a nice base for further research and hard to upgrade!

This set was commonly gifted to sons going to war, bought by officers or bought at barracks stores. This kit basicly had all the items a soldier would need to keep clean and organised. The Mica is a basic set of period personal items and was designed to fit inside the M31 messkit.

US 82nd Airborne ike jacket with shirt and tie
€850.00US 82nd airborne Ike Jacket ID’ed S5885. The jacket comes with a shirt with the same laundry number and a 82nd airborne patch. The jacket has the rank of Staff Sergeant to a Infantry regiment. The jacket has a ribbon bar indicating Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign and European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal. This last ribbon comes with a spearhead and four stars indicating he partook in Husky, D-Day, Market Garden and possibly Varsity. It is decorated with the Fourragère or lanyard for France, the Netherlands and Belgium. The Ike jacket shirt would be a nice base for further research!

US Paratrooper modified M43 jump trousers size 32×32
€6,250.00Textbook and rare US M1943 modified Paratrooper jump trousers. The trousers are in very good and in my opinion, lightly worn condition. This type of trousers were first issued troughout the Airborne divisions during Market Garden but the specific design with kneepads of these would indicate most probable use by the 17th Airborne division during the Ardennes offensive and Operation Varsity. The trousers are wartime rigger modified by the addition of two large cargo pockets and knee pads made from heavy impregnated canvas with leg ties. The pockets are typical examples with typical brass press studs. The leg ties have been cut which seems to be a common modification. The trousers are a good size 32×32 which fits on most modern mannequins. These trousers are rare and one of the key parts of any post Normandy paratrooper mannequin.

Rare Waffen-SS officer visor
€8,500.00Textbook and rare Waffen-SS officers visor in excellent condition. The visor retains its factory attatched insignia with a three pronged eagle and a two pronged skull, all firmly attatched. The visor is in excellent, near mint condition. The visors liner is intact but the sweatband has torn around the folded edge. This has been partially restored with a special acid free restoring tape but could be removed if desired. The visor is a textbook example that would be very hard to upgrade and in a good medium size!

The holster is nicely marked fuq 1941 which indicates production by Cottbusser Lederwarenwerk Curt Vogel K.G., Cottbus. The holster is in good condition and still retains the small strap for the cleaning rod. The leather and Presstoff on the holster is in good supple condition and does not seem to have notable damages. Excellent example!

Rare rubber gasmask canister
€5,000.00Unique opportunity to acquire the rarest of all gasmask canisters. This is probably a pre war trial run for the Kriegsmarine or Kradschützen or motorcycle troops. I have only seen one other of these gasmask canisters for sale; otherwise these are impossible to find. The canister is in good used condition with some small damages. The lid is loose which seems to be a factor on all of these. The gasmask canister retains its original long strap with leather reinforcement.

Non-reversible Sumpftarn hood or Kopfhaube marked RBNr.
€300.00Beautiful non-reversible Sumpftarn camouflage hood or Kopfhaube. The hood is missing both of its tying straps but is in overall very good condition. The hood is nicely marked RBNr. but this is sadly not clearly readable. Note the nice zigzag stitch around the wool parts at the ears. Nice example which would fit nicely in any winter display!

Rare late Waffen-SS Erbsentarn pattern Panzer trousers
€9,000.00Extremely scarce original Waffen-SS Panzer crew member trousers in Erbsentarn camouflage fabric. The trousers are in very good, IMO lightly worn condition. The garment retains all but one factory sewn buttons. The garment was discovered in a cloth recycling factory in my hometown.There is a small period handsewn repair to the bottom of both legs. Both leg tie straps are there as is the internal belt and the inside pockets. The trousers are in a good, medium to large size fitting most modern sized mannequins. The garment is not visibly marked which probably washed out with the time. The garment is made from three types of camouflage fabric being Erbsentarn straight and reverse printed HBT and smooth Erbsentarn camouflage fabric. The garment retains a number of different thread colours all over. The button holes are typical for the garment. The wearer at some point removed the internal waist belt buckle by sewing a button to the waist. This could easily be restored yet the garment is untouched and was worn as is. The garment was worn and washed during its service hence it’s pockets retain a light blue hue inside. Otherwise the colours are vibrant and exactly how they should be. A rare opportunity to purchase real Waffen-SS camouflage Panzer trousers in Erbsentarn camouflage fabric!
