The canteen is a typical late war example with a rough wool cover with small press studs and black pebbled straps. The flask itself is marked SMM 45 and the cup is marked SMM 44 which in my opinion indicates a factory mismatched example produced by Süddeutsche Metallwarenfabrik, Mussbach in early 1945 with left over stock from 1944. Excellent late war M42 which would be hard to upgrade!

Rare Festungsfernhörer 39 doppelt headset
€850.00Rare coastal artillery related headset that plugs into the FF33 field phone and desk phone. The headset shares many optical similarities with the Panzer variant but the cable is different; unlike the standard Y-shaped cable setup this example has the cable for the second speaker running over the top of the headset. There are many variants of these headsets but this example is for sure one of the rarest to find!

The felt is in excellent condition with minor mothing as photographed. These felt issued boots are in excellent condition which would look perfect on a mannequin in an eastern front display! One of the best sets I have ever encountered!

Sadly one of the bakelite eye cups is missing. Hard to encounter such a complete set!

This first pattern does not have the steel parts to hold the point off the shovel and has a closing lid. The closing lid has one very small tear as can be seen. This example is manufactured out off Pressstoff which was not used on large scale with the first pattern. The carrier is nicely marked Lederwarenwerk, Curt Vogel 1940. Excellent example which would be impossible to upgrade!
