The bayonet is in very good uncleaned, unsharpened and matching (!) condition with 70% of its factory blueing. The bayonet is matching to its scabbard and has nice clean bakelite grips and is in used condition.

Camouflage gasmask from Veghel, the Netherlands
Stunning three-tone camouflaged gasmask canister in untouched condition. The canister retains up to 85% of its wartime applied camouflage paint with lovely vibrant colours. The canister retains its long strap and green rubber mask in size 3. The canister is named and has a Feldpost number which could be one of the following numbers; L2317*, with the last digit hard to read I checked the feldpostnumbers starting with 2317 and came up with two Luftwaffe Feldpostnumebrs; 23179, Flak Sturm Abteilung 266 and 23173 for Fallschirm-Kraftfahr-Kompanie 11. With the latter serving only in Italy it is clear that the unit for this gasmask is 23179, Flak Sturm Abteilung 266, which also served in the Netherlands. The gasmask was found in Veghel which is right in Hells Highway which was the scene for heavy fighting during operation Market Garden.

The belt is a typical early example, bordered with leather end piece and webbing adjusting tongue with woven, not stitched holes. The belt is marked but impossible to read; the buckle is marked GB indicating Gustav Brehmer. Beautiful and always been together set in good, worn condition that would be hard to upgrade!

Unissued Sumpftarn Fallschirmjäger smock
A fantastic unissued Fallschirmjäger jump smock with white plastic RiRi zippers. The garment is made out of nice heavy quality cloth. The ‘hard edged’ Sumpftarn camouflage pattern is vibrant and full of contrast. The garment never had a breast eagle applied but could be restored if need be. The smock is nicely marked smock is well marked with RBNR. 0/0708/0001, size IIb and dated 1945 (!). The smock is a excellent example of a late war jumpsmock as worn and issued to troops early 44 and onwards. The smock is untouched and perfect and not modified in any way. If you’re looking for a mint late war smock, this is it!

The Zipper is nicely marked Zipp and is complete with pull string with wooden end piece. The press studs are textbook and affixed with reinforcements. The bag is nicely maker marked bwz indicating production by Auer. This bag is without the rubber plug. The bag is in near mint condition with minor storage wear and would very nicely attribute to a Fallschirmjäger mannequin!

The MG34 and MG42 where both made with a quick-change barrel and to help in the changing of the barrel these gloves where invented and issued. These gloves where issued with the accessories of the MG34 and MG42. It is simply used by placing the hand under the strap and using the pad to cover your hand when you grab the hot, sometimes even glowing barrel. The barrel is then placed in the Laufschützer to cool down and a cool new barrel is inserted. According to regulations, the barrel had to be changed after 150 rounds fired continuously. Hard to find item!

Pre war Wehrmacht issued motorcycle goggles
An excellent and extremely rare pair of pre war issued goggles. This pattern has only been produced pre war and on a smaller scale as the later pattern, finding these in good condition is almost impossible. These were pre war issued to motorcyclists of the Wehrmacht and the Waffen-SS. The goggles are complete, undamaged and in overall good used condition. The head strap is still flexible and feels elastic and can easily be displayed on any size helmet! These goggles would make a perfect addition to an pre/early war Kradmelder display or mannequin!
