Rare late war manufactured thin rubber gascape or Gasplane in very good condition. The gascape is a rare late war manufactured example made out of very thin rubber material which you can almost see through. The gas cape has one small damage as can be seen. Hard to find a loose gascape and not just the pouch, perfect to fill up the pouch with an original gascape! Very hard to upgrade late war manufactured example!

Tall M38 gasmask canister set in tan camouflage with rare airtight rubber seal. The canister is nicely named Uffz. and later Feldwebel Petersen. The canister retains up to 80% of its period applied tan paint intended for tropical use. The canister is a rare variant with a rubber seal inside the lid making it airtight which was important in tropical circumstances. The spare lenses are additionally of the tropical kind which is hard to find as is and the first time I see them in a canister. The gascape pouch is attatched to the leather tipped straps and is also a tan variant. This is by far the most convincing and untouched ‘tropical’ camouflage gasmask canister set in good used condition.

Short gasmask canister strap in good condition. Nice rayon strap with leather reinforced tip. Sadly the rayon fabric is a bit damaged.
