    Very rare and desirable German manufactured holster for the P39 (t) in excellent condition. Although this holster looks almost identical to any P38 holster from the external perspective the P38 won’t fit this holster, it is specifically designed and manufactured for the P39(t) or ČZ vz. 38. The holster is nicely marked C. Budischowsky, Wien 1940 on the back and with an ink stamp P39 (t) on the inside to indicate the firearm it was supposed to carry. Extremely rare example which is a first for me!

  • Q62 M40 Luftwaffe helmet

    M40 Luftwaffe helmet marked Q62 indicating production by Quist. The helmet retains its factory installed liner named Erik. The helmet comes from a Danish resistance fighter and that is probably the reason the decal was removed. The front of the helmet has a dent of a pistol calibre ricochet.

  • Kriegsmarine carbon monoxide tester or CO-Anzeiger made by Auer

    Rare original complete Kriegsmarine carbon monoxide testing device or CO-Anzeiger manufactured by Auer. The device seems to be complete and is in overall very good condition. The lid shows a nice tag which names the devices and also shows the serial number: Fabr. Nr. 6472. These devices were used by U-boat personnel and were indispensable because it protected the crew for carbon monoxide poisoning! This is the first time that I have encountered this device, nice and rare Kriegsmarine piece of equipment!

Many of these pistols where captured and reissued into the German army. There are no moving parts to the piece and it’s deactivated to the latest specifications.

    A nice original Presstoff flare pistol holster in good condition. Nicely marked fuq 1941. The holster is in good condition and still retains the small strap for the cleaning rod. One of the leather belt loops has some, not all stitching undone. The belt loops are still functional. The leather and Presstoff on the holster is in good condition and does not seem to have notable damages other then one part of stitching.

    Excellent and rare original 1940 dated aluminium liner. The liner is a nice large size 59 fitting for size 66 helmet shells. The liner is nicely marked Metall-Lederverarbeitung W.Z. 1940. The helmet liner is complete with its original drawstring still attached.

Typical soldered hinge pin – the lower hook seems to have a period repair. A textbook badge in very good condition with most of its original finish remaining that would look stunning on the breast pocket of a Panzergrenadier tunic!

    Excellent Luftwaffe issued equipment belt complete with its tabbed aluminium belt buckle. The belt is nicely marked LBA.(s) which indicates the belt was accepted by the Luftwaffe. The belt and buckle are both Luftwaffe issue and this is IMO an untouched original set. The belt buckle itself is a tabbed aluminium example manufactured by Friedrich Turck, Lüdenscheid in 1938, this is one of the rarest manufacturers I have ever encountered! This is a very nice untouched set in overall good condition with a rare belt buckle which would be hard to upgrade!

    A very nice original straight E-tool with a presstoff carrier marked Lederwarenwerk Curt Vogel, Cottbus 1934. The E-tool is marked R. Dahlmann Sohn 1935. The E-tool and its carrier are both in very good, used condition. The carrier retains all leather straps and loops. The securing strap is strong and supple. The shovel is strong. A good pre war set that would be very hard to upgrade!

    A nice looking M34 field cap with its original insignia. Nicely maker marked and dated 1938. The insignia are handsewn which is something that you see a lot on these caps. A very nice cap with the soutache for Infanterie in good condition!

    A very nice second pattern shovel carrier with folding shovel marked jhg42 indicating production by Gustav Genschow u. Co., AG, Lederwarenfabriken. The shovel is marked VS indicating production by Voss & Schröder, Werkzeugfabrik in Plettenberg. A nice set in good condition!

  • Luftwaffe EM/NCO visor cap named Uffz. Heinrich Schnuer KIA over U.K.

    A nice Luftwaffe EM/NCO visor cap worn by Uffz.(Unteroffizier) Heinrich Schnuer. The cap is slightly moth damaged to the crown but otherwise in great condition. The cap comes together with a framed wartime picture of what is said to be Heinrich Schnuer and a picture of his grave today.

    This cap belonged to Uffz.(Unteroffizier) Heinrich Schnuerborn 11.3.1923 in Ilsenburg and lost his life in the night of 24.4.1944 over Dorset, United Kingdom.

    On this night the KG 2 or Kampf Geschwader 2 was on a bombing mission to Bristol, UK.
    117 bombers from IX Fliegerkorps were to take part in this mission.
    4 aircraft were lost from KG 2.
    Schnuer was acting as observer in Ju 188 E1 “U5+GH”, Werk Nr. 180414 with 1 Staffel, I Gruppe, Kampfgeschwader 2.

    Their plane was shot down by 3.7 inch AA guns and was was seen to crash at 02:30 in Arne, Dorset, UK.

    Heinrich Schnuer is buried in the cemetery of Warehem, United Kingdom. Position of the grave is block B, row O and grave 35.

    A nice original Waffen-SS belt buckle marked RZM 155/40 ᛋᛋ indicating production by Assmann & Sohne, Lüdenscheid. The buckle is marked under the prongs which was only done for a short period in 1940. This was the final and 4th type of Waffen-SS belt buckle by Assmann in 1940. The buckle is in good combat used condition.

    A late war M43 mantel in very good condition. The mantel has nearly all of the nap in the wool remaining! The mantel has a damage that went through the sleeve and the right hip. This has a few IMO period handsewn repairs. The mantel is constructed of a late war coarse wool and is dated 44. A few small buttons on the back closure on the bottom are missing.  A nice medium sized late war mantel!

The nap of the wool still remains at most places. The shadowing of the unused parts of wool is obvious and natural. The size of the cap is roughly a 57/58. A beautiful untouched cap, really!
