Unique Waffen-SS NCO collar tab set SS-Standarte “Deutschland”
Unique Waffen-SS NCO collar tab set SS-Standarte “Deutschland”. This is a particularly interesting, untouched set in as found condition. The collar tabs are for a Hauptscharführer serving in SS Panzergrenadier Regiment 3 ‘Deutschland’. The runic tab is a typical, pre war variant with the early black woven RZM tag. The rank tab has visual evidence it has been promoted several times. The interesting feature is the lack of the rank Litze which has been period ‘field’ made using a piece of Iron Cross second class ribbon. This is a original, untouched set as it came out of Germany. A rare uniform removed set in nice salty condition.
