€125.00Excellent and rare bakelite salt container/dispenser. These are believed to be especially designed for use in tropical climates. The K indicates the usage of urea resin (which is a certain type of Bakelite) with an organic filler material. Nice and hard to find example! There are some cracks and damages but the piece is in good used condition.

€1,200.00Luftwaffe FL 30154-2 life preserver by Dräger in used condition. This life preserver is complete with the empty air bottle. The vest was period modified with the addition of leather waist strap for the otherwise webbing tape which was easily damaged. The vest is in good used condition and nice for a flight mannequin!

The accessories are however in good functional condition. These are virtually always missing from the cases and binoculars themselves. One of the rubber eyepieces is damaged, the other is in good condition, regardless they are always missing from the case. This is a perfect set to complete yours!

There is one damaged front closing strap, otherwise this is in my opinion a unissued pair. Hard to find matching pair!

German POW rucksack made from Zeltbahn material
€125.00German POW rucksack made from Zeltbahn material in good condition. After world war two a lot of German POW’s lost most if not all of their posessions. Items such as rucksacks became rare for the POW’s returning home. These men are known as Heimkehrer. With no means of buying new clothing or equipment everything that was stocked in the POW camps was utilised creating a miriad of rucksacks in all kinds of material, mostly tent material. I have seen many different variants, none of them are exactly the same. My guess is that every POW camp designed their own pattern with the materials available. This example fits right in this area. A genuine Heimkehrer Rucksack in good condition. Although most people would sell this as a ‘field made’ item, one could never prove that and I firmly believe that most of these were made in the POW camps. Nice piece!
