Excellent combat used and named steel M42 messkit or Kochgeschirr in olive green paint. The messkit retains around 75% of the factory finish. This type of messkit marked with a triangular symbol and dated are believed to be produced by the well known helmet manufacturer Emaillierwerke Fulda (EF). Both parts are engraved with the name Hilbig. These M42 steel messkits with these triangular symbols are pretty rarely encountered!

Rare high pattern dark green coloured butterdish which is unusually marked. The marking just features numbers and not the standard MPD coded markings. The high pattern butterdish can fit exactly two time the content of the normal patterns. The usage of the high pattern butterdishes is unclear but for sure is original. The lid could be easily changed with a standard pattern butterdish and would make a perfect fit. Very rare and interesting example!

Beautiful first pattern black and brown speckled butterdish or Fettbüchse marked S. The butterdish looks black but close inspection reveals its fully speckled with dark brown spots. Aesthetic variant!

Original pocket mirror with Waffen-SS portrait for a young soldier with a piped sidecap.

Rare matching shoulderboards for a Oberst in Nebelwerfer Abteilung 55. The shoulderboards are in good used condition and come with a set of screw on buttons in good condition.

Nice original pair of Heer shoulderboards for a Hauptmann der Infanterie. These shoulder boards are in tunic removed condition and shows beautiful amount of wear.

Original K98 rifle carrying sling end piece or Haltestück in good used condition. This part is often missing from the sling and finding a spare is really hard. Very rare original spare part for the K98 sling!

Original starter tab for the MG34 and MG42. These starter tabs were linked to the standard 50 round belts committing the need for opening the top cover to reload. The tab is marked dwc  8.41 indicating production by Dr. Ing. Boehme u. Co., Werksleitung Luedenscheid, Werk Minden.

Nice original MG42 ruptured cartridge remover marked hoz WaA14 indicating production by Bernhard Zade, Berlin. This tool is a standard component from the MG tool kit! Unlike the MG34 example the MG42 variant is very hard to find!

Excellent original chinstrap for Heer/Luftwaffe (Wehrmacht) EM enlisted mens visor cap. The chinstrap is unissued and in good usable condition and is very rare to find as a spare!

Matching issue tent pegs in unissued condition. The pegs are typical pressed wood construction encapsulated in bakelite. Every soldier was issued one pole, two pegs and one Zeltleine together with his Zeltbahn.

Excellent pre war aluminium single tent peg in excellent and m most likely unissued condition. The tent peg is nicely marked S&C 38 which indicates production by an unclear producer in 1938. The peg is original and complete with its factory attached cord!

Beautiful period shaving kit constructed out of red coloured bakelite. The kit contains a brush, a safety razor, 2 shaving powder containers and a foldable pocket sized mirror. Typical 1930’s / 1940’s men’s shaving kit made almost entirely out of bakelite. Nice period example in great and complete condition!

Excellent equipment strap with the quick release strap. The strap is in mint and most likely unissued condition and is nicely marked gfg 1942 which indicates production by Karl Hepting u. Co., Leder- u. Guertelfabrik, Stuttgart. Nice detail is that the loop is made out of pebbled leather.

Unknown large grey webbing utility strap in very good condition. The width measures 2,5cm and the strap is approximately  135cm and has the same heavy construction buckle as seen on the Tragegestell 43.

Textbook US M1936 suspenders in very good condition.
