USAAF seat parachute named Whitcomb H Slate F/0 T 184533
New€1,850.00Rare USAAF seat parachute named Whitcomb H Slate F/0 T 184533. The parachute and harness is in good used condition. The parachute still retains its harness, seat, canopy and risers. The springs for the chute bag are not present but easily replaced. The bag came with the harness and is named Flight Officer Whitcomb H Slate F/0 T 184533 ATC 955 D. I have included some hits I found which will be a good base for further research. It seems that he was a flight instructor at Douglas until early 44 when he became a Flight Officer flying in the ETO flying C-47 Dakota’s and later C-46 Commando’s. It is well possible he flew during D-Day, Market Garden and Varsity operations. This is a beautiful set that deserves further research!

Heer map plotting board or Kartenbrett with marked maps
New€675.00Heer map plotting board or Kartenbrett with marked maps in good used condition. The map board still contains its original maps that were found together. The maps mostly show Belgium and northern France. The maps are Troyes and Nancy, Mezieres and Longwy, Reims-Sens, Darmstadt. The maps are all marked with tactical markings showing the route taken by a unit entering first Belgium then northern France. In my opinion by following the route a individual unit can be assigned to the set. This is a nice set for further research and complete with its original maps attributible to the 1940 campaign!

Rare blue Luftwaffe A-frame
NewRare blue Luftwaffe A-frame in good used condition. The A-frame is a early blue example which was issued with the Luftwaffe blue Y-straps with auxiliary straps and D-rings. Not to be confused with its Heer counterparts. These Y-straps were only produced for a short time with the blue Luftwaffe tropical uniforms. After this it was probably reissued for the Heer. This is a hard to find variant in good used condition!

Rare set of combat pioneer side pouches with dark green coarse webbing straps
New€875.00Excellent and extremely rare set of side pouches for combat pioneers. The bag features extremely rare and hardly ever encountered dark green coarse webbing straps. These straps have only been encountered at these combat pioneer pouches, mp44 pouches or canteens as far as my knowledge goes. All by all equipment which features this dark green coarse webbing is extremely rare and highly sought after by collectors. The set is in very good condition, it has one small repair and the long back straps has been reattached at some point. One of the two pouches features an ink stamp from postwar Czech storage, but these bags definitely belong to each other. The atypical construction of this pouch with a range of different materials including the dark green coarse webbing makes this set impossible to upgrade. For sure one of the best sets of combat pioneer pouches I have ever offered!

All by all equipment which features this dark green coarse webbing is extremely rare and wanted by collectors. The bag is in overall good, almost mint condition and seems to be unissued. No markings can be found. The atypical construction of this pouch with a range of different materials including the dark green coarse webbing makes this bag impossible to upgrade! For sure one of the best single combat pioneer pouches I have ever offered!

Unissued pioneer pouches marked Wien
New€950.00Pioneer pouches marked Wien in unissued condition. The pouches have the uncommon webbing closing straps with square metal points. The gasmask section is lined in grey rubber. The locking closures are backed with a number of different backing materials. The central connecting strap is factory attatched as are the belt loops. The press studs are not the typical Prym examples but a variant which is only rarely seen on German equipment. All of the press studs are functional and are backed with like all other fittings. The pouches are unissued and in a rare brown canvas, in my opinion rather early then late. Unlike the later variants with pointed metal points this is a very hard to find matching pair!
