Stunning named and unit ID’ed coastal artillerie or Küstenartillerie tall M38 communications gasmask in untouched condition. The canister is externally fully overpainted in the typical sea green or battleship grey showing loads of patina. The mask itself is a navy issued communications gasmask with a large Kriegsmarine acceptance stamp inside. The straps of the mask are named to V.D. Lippen 47587. This is interesting because it most probably is a Dutch or Belgian name and because 47587 indicates it was a U-Boot unit. All in all a superb set that would be hard to upgrade and surely gives more room for further research!

Rare Waffen-SS Totenkopf button marked RZM 63 ᛋᛋ in good used condition.

Textbook Luftwaffe tropical equipment belt with steel tabbed buckle by Assmann & Sohne. Hard to find set that has always been together!

Waffen-SS BeVo cap trapezoid in unissued condition. Hard to find example on a black background indicating Panzer use.

Short handled wire cutters with rare Pressstoff pouch marked Leuner, Bautzen 1941. The set is in very good and as far as I can see undamaged condition. These pouches are quite hard to obtain!

A interesting insignia grouping to Clyde Yaist serving in the C/377 Parachute Field Artillery Battalion. The grouping consists of a white tongue 101st patch, jump wings, and various other small insignia. A nice grouping!

‘ As early as the evening of December 19th, Clyde Yaist of c/377 picked off eight Germans who were trying to stealthily approach the C gun battery pits. Yaist was a crack shot with the M1 rifle and was positioned in a concealed spot in front and below of the batteries to provide security for them. This ‘Artillery Sniper’ using a Garand rifle without the benefit of a scope was placed in battery security assignment by his first sergeant Fred Fitzgerald. As the Germans tried to sneak up a draw towards the US artillery positions in the fading light of December 19th, they were picked off one at a time by rounds fired by Yaist, from a position they couldn’t see and were not aware of until it was too late. ‘ A quote from;  Mark Bando, 101st Airborne – The Screaming eagles in World War II.

Rare Danish EM M23/38 helmet with period painted resistance insignia to both flanks. The helmet is in excellent and untouched condition and would be very hard to upgrade!

M42 Luftwaffe helmet with handpainted decal marked ET64 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale. The helmet is a interesting example with a handpainted Luftwaffe decal, on top of the original decal. The original decal can be seen peaking through including the swastika indicating this was either a wartime or veteran art helmet. Regardless a nice study object!

Early Heer Schirmmütze for a Offizier der Infanterie. Textbook early example with Cupal insignia. Nicely marked Peküro in the sweat shield. The sweatband and visor is partially detatched and could be restored or displayed as is. A nice worn example that would be a good addition to a mannequin!

Rare original Waffen-SS collar tab SS-Regiment Dirlewanger which consisted criminals and unwanted individuals who didn’t fit other units.

Unissued late war Leuchtpistole 42 or LP42 flare pistol in stone mint condition. Nicely marked wa indicating production by Waffenfabrik Hugo Schneider AG, Leipzig. The pistol still retains the original red brown grips, wartime finish on the metal and has not been refinished or reissued postwar. The flare gun seems to have never been fired at all and is in the condition as it would have been when it left the factory. The serial is a rather low four digit 6962. For sure the best LP42 I have ever offered!

Rare pre war Czech M34 helmet that was reissued in the Luftschutz. The helmet is in very good condition with over 85% paint and decal. . The helmet has its single Luftschutz decal applied to the side in mint condition. These helmets are very rare, especially a blue one in good condition!

Rare original matching Waffen-SS EM shoulderstraps for a soldier in an Aufklärungs unit in very good condition. Textbook late war construction with rayon piping. There is a difference in the colour of the wool backing material but this pair is otherwise matching in construction and surely manufactured and issued together!
