Early pattern canteen cup
€30.00Nice early pre M31 model canteen cup in very good condition. The cup is the small high aluminium variant which was issued with the canteens prior to the M31 pattern. These were also produced at the same time as the M31 pattern canteen, in that case mostly for political (HJ, SA Etc.) use. This example is nicely marked with 1/4L which indicates how much it could contain. Nice example!

Rare unmarked Hitlerjugend belt buckle
€185.00Rare original most probably Flemish made steel Hitlerjugend belt buckle in unissued condition. The buckle is a typical, Flemish made example with the tell tale silver paint with soldered catch and a typical non-RZM quality overall. There is discussion about the manufacturer of these buckles but the design and finish of these buckles is typical for the Flemish production for me. These buckles where recently found in the former Hitlerjugend recruitment office in Brugge, Belgium. Of a small number of buckles found I have the opportunity to offer you several examples. There will not be a restock of these buckles as the source is empty.

Allgemeine SS greatcoat for a SS-Mann
€7,500.00Textbook, M32 style black SS overcoat in very good condition. The garment retains all factory sewn RZM 629/39 SS on the front and RZM 155/39 SS on the back seam buttons. The garment is marked VA 1939 indicating Verfügungs Abteilung and the production date. The garment has a period sewn shoulderboard for a SS-Mann. The collar tabs and armband have been removed post war. The garment is a nice medium size without damages to the wool as far as I can tell. The garment is a rare, pre war and iconic black SS garment that would be hard to upgrade.

The green painted flask is nicely marked FWBN 43 which indicates production byF.W. Brockelmann Aluminiumwerk GmbH KG, Neheim/Ruhrin 1943. The canteen comes in a typical late war configuration with a black bakelite cup marked gfc 1943. Textbook late war example!

Waffen-SS belt buckle fat eagle variant
€850.00Excellent Waffen-SS belt buckle in very good condition! This buckle is made out of nickel (Alpacca) which naturally has the shiny silver colour. This example is referred to as the “Fat Eagle” variant which is unmarked but believed to be produced by Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid.

Dutch NSB Press Photograph: Vandalized Newspaper Obituaries as an Act of Resistance
€55.00This intriguing Dutch NSB press photograph captures a newspaper obituary that has been deliberately defaced as an act of resistance. At the top of the obituary, the words “Laat ie fijn zijn” which translates to “let him be” are inscribed. Additionally, the phrase “Hoe meer hoe beter” meaning “The more, the better” is boldly written. The photograph measures 20x17cm and bears the marking “Fotodienst der NSB, Maliebaan 29, Utrecht.”

Dutch NSB Press Photograph: Vandalized Newspaper Obituaries as an Act of Resistance
€55.00This intriguing Dutch NSB press photograph captures a newspaper obituary that has been deliberately defaced as an act of resistance. At the top of the obituary is vandalized with the addition of recycled newspaper letters and words reading; ‘Door deze Kennisgeving bezorgt gij Nederland kosteloos prettige oogenblikken‘ meaning ‘Through this Notice, you provide the Netherlands with enjoyable moments free of charge’. On the bottom it reads; Maar door gaan, zei de dokter‘ meaning ‘but carry on, said the doctor’. The photograph measures 24x18cm and bears the marking “Fotodienst der NSB, Maliebaan 29, Utrecht.”

Busch, 1937. These neck straps are often damaged or missing and finding a spare is rather hard, especially marked examples. Excellent spare example!

Rare Kriegsmarine optical gasmask case
€200.00Nice original case for one of the rarest gas masks out there; the Kriegsmarine optical communications gasmask or Optische Gasmaske M-44. This gasmask is only scarcely seen and was issued to troops operating gunsights or range finders. The case is non good condition and still partially retains the manual on the inside of the lid. Hard to find case which would perfectly match with a Optische Gasmaske M-44!

Kugel & Fink, Lüdenscheid is mainly known for their production of belt buckles but they produced a lot more than just belt buckles! Sadly one of the teeth from the fork has broken off.

€125.00Textbook aluminium Erkennungsmarke marked 2./J.E.B.6 indicating Infanterie Ersatz Battallon 6 which was moved from Lübeck to the Netherlands in september 1944 where it was added to Grenadier Regiment 1225. This unit fought in the Reichswald, Venlo, Straelen, Geldern, Issum and Wesel. After these battles it was once again moved to the Netherlands in the area between Utrecht and Hilversum. It fought at Zutphen, Vreden and Borken. It was destroyed in the Ruhrkessel and went into US captivity. A nice Erkennungsmarke with a good base for further research!
