Dust goggles with issue pouch
A very nice issue set of German motorcycle goggles in very good condition. A exact pair of these goggles was the first ever German item I was given by a Canadian veteran that he picked up in 1944. A very nice pair, in very good condition nicely marked on the buckle.

A very nice pre war messkit marked SMM28 indicating production by Süddeutsche Metallwarenfabrik, Mussbach in 1928. This is the first inter war period messkit I’ve found. It still retains up to 80% of its original grey paint.

A nice minty late war equipment belt marked 85 for the size of 85 centimeters.

German field kitchen coffee sifter
Unusual, but a nice display piece. This enamel sifter was used to make coffee in the German infantry field kitchen or Gulashkanone. I’ve never seen one before and I doubt I will again soon.

A nice pre war breadbag in very good condition with aluminium hardware. Nicely maker marked on the centre strap. A typical breadbag as issued to the Wehrmacht/Waffen-SS.

Tan camouflaged MG34 and MG42 ammunition box
A very nice tan camouflaged ammunition box for the MG34 and MG42. As the Germans occupied Czechoslovakia they took over most of their military stocks including weapons and equipment. This box for the Czech ZB 37 machine gun or MG 37 (t) originally had a slope welded inside to stack the ZB ammunition properly. This slope was removed by the Germans and the leftover holes filled in prior to a tan repaint.
A rare box to encounter in very good condition with most of the wartime tan camouflage!

A nice original M31 messkit marked RFI39 indicating production by Rudolf Fissler KG, Idar-Oberstein in 1939. The messkit is nicely named to Bergmann on the bottom.

M1910 messkit marked RZM M6/2/40
This tall, pre war model was most probably made and used by the Waffen-SS. Nicely marked RZM M6/2/40 and HRE indicate production by Heinrich Ritter, Esslingen in 1940. The usual prewar political models for the Hitlerjugend, Allgemeine-SS and SA where finished in a black paint. This one, being produced in Olive paint was most probably produced and used by the Waffen-SS as can be seen on many wartime pictures. Nice condition!

FÄNNER’ on the base of the neck, circumscribed ‘FRANC. IOS. I. D. G. IMP. AVST. REX BOH. ETC. REX AP. HVNG.’ (Franz Joseph I, by the Grace of God Emperor of Austria, King of Bohemia etc. Apostolic King of Hungary and dated ‘1830 18 VIII 1930’; the reverse with the lesser arms of Austria-Hungary, inscribed ‘SIGNUM MEMORIAE’ (Token of Remembrance) at the base. The Medal was issued in 1930 to commemorate the hundredth anniversary of the birth of Emperor Franz Joseph I on 18 August 1830.
