M31 canteen marked VDNS 34 DRP

Textbook early pre war M31 canteen in good condition. The canteen is matching and nicely marked VDNS 34 which indicates production by Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke/Nickel-und Stahlwerke, Schwerte in 1934. The flask itself is also marked DRP Str. which indicates Deutsche Reichs Post. The canteen features a small repair to the leather where the carbine hook is attached. Textbook early example which would be hard to upgrade!
