Late war Heer NCO Stug wrap for a Oberfeldwebel in Sturmgeschützbrigade 667
NewLate war Heer NCO Stug wrap for a Oberfeldwebel in Heeres-Sturmartillerie-Brigade 667 with factory sewn piped collar tabs and breast eagle. The wrap is a typical late war example manufactured from a slightly coarse, recycled wool. The blouse is finished with metal and horn buttons. The lining is a late war blue grey rayon. It is nicely marked RBNR and breast size marked 102 which is a large size. The lining and the wrap are in worn condition with minor staining in the liner but a overall, clean but unwashed appearance. The breast eagle is a textbook BeVo variant which has been folded over and factory sewn to the garment. The collar tabs are typical red piped enlisted men and non commissioned officers with late war grey Litzen. There are two period hand sewn award loops and there is a single ribbon for the Iron Cross second class.
The shoulderstraps are typical and short M43 style examples with late grey Unteroffizierstresse. The double pips indicate the rank of Oberfeldwebel. The numbers 667 indicate Heeres-Sturmartillerie-Brigade 667 which was active later in the war in the south of the Netherlands. There is a very good reference book regarding this unit by Jack Didden and Maarten Swarts called Autumn Gale / Herbst Sturm which I highly reccommend to any serious collector. The unit was added to Kampfgruppe Chill and moved to Breda on the 14th of October. It was sent to action to the Belgian/Dutch border near Wernhout. On the 21st and 22nd of October if fought a fierce battle with Churchills of the 107 Royal Armoured Corps near Wuustwezel. After the fierce battles in the south of the Netherlands (which it partook a lot!) the unit was sent to Aachen and later the Ardennes offensive where it only had 5 Stugs left at the start.
This is a very interesting Sturmgeschütz or Sturmartillerie wrapper with a very interesting and researchable unit. This is a choice example for any serious Panzer or Stug collector!

NewHeer Panzer wrap for a Oberleutnant in Panzer Regiment 2. The wrap is a textbook late war example, with factory sewn collar tabs. The breast eagle is a hand applied Bullion officers example. The shoulderboards indicating he was a Oberleutnant in Panzer Regiment 2. The wrap has a textbook camel hair cufftitle on the left sleeve. There are three sets of typical handsewn award loops for the German Cross in Gold, a Iron Cross first class and a Panzer Assault badge or wound badge. There is a handsewn The wrap is in excellent condition and was most probably kept at home as a ‘best’ or parade dress tunic!

This is a textbook Enlisted mans example that was period upgraded with the addition of a Bullion cap eagle on back background. Additonally the Silver officer border on the top and front are period hand sewn additions. The cockade and Panzer soutache are factory installed. The cap is nicely marked Robert Lubstein 1940 and in the size 55. Beautiful example!

NewRare Heer tropical Panzer EM / NCO field cap in untouched condition. The cap is a typical example as made by Robert Lubstein. It retains its factory sewn insignia including the pink soutache indicating Panzer troops. The cap has very heavy wear and sun bleaching. It shows sigs of being stored on a attic for a long time. The cap is a textbook example in all ways. From the sewing to the grommets to the insignia application. The cap has numerous damages which to me, look shrapnel damages. The visor of the cap has a large hole going trough revealing the cardboard lining. This is a very hard to find cap with the most wanted Soutache, factory sewn to the front. Beautiful combat worn example, exactly how you would want it to look!
The cap is published in Afrikakorps 1940-1941 Volume One on page 64 by Daniel Fisher.

This is surely one of the hardest to find M43 caps with factory sewn insignia. I have never been able to offer such a Panzer M43 cap with factory sewn insignia.

Rare Waffen-SS single button M43 EM / NCO Panzer cap
NewExceedingly rare Waffen-SS single button M43 EM / NCO Panzer cap. This is a typical mid to late war single button EM / NCO issue variant. The cap retains its factory sewn BeVo skull and eagle combination without signs of prior insignia application. The cap is made from a typical thin black wool and lined in black dyed cotton. The cardboard peak material is in good condition with some light bending due to age. It is not to be confused with its Heer counterparts by the fact it lacks a RBNR or year, and has just the size marking which is hard to read. The size marking shows the small size 54. Nowadays this is a small size but it proved to be a well average head circumference size in the 1940’s. The cap is constructed with single, double and chainstitch sewing machines. It has the typical three lines of stitching running horizontally around the base of the cap underneath the weather flap in a somewhat chaotic way. Looking at the wool of the cap I notice that the left weather flap has only a very small amount of nap in the wool underneath. This can be explained that this piece of wool on the roll was at the very beginning or the cap being wartime (!) constructed from recycled material. Having studied multiple caps and reading several offical orders for the recycling of worn uniforms in such a way, I believe this to be the best explanation. The combination of the single button, two piece insignia and this exact black lining is very typical for this type of caps.
Although these caps are exceedingly rare, often discussed I do believe this is a unmolested, authentic example. I have studied the cap long and hard before offering this cap for sale. I believe this should be done with all items offered on the market. Like with all my items, they come with a lifetime guarantee on authenticity. This is a very scarce opportunity to acquire a typica Waffen-SS Enlisted man or NCO Panzer M43 field cap!

NewRare insignia grouping to a Oberscharführer in SS-Panzerartillerieregiment 5. This grouping was found recently in a German household clearing. The grouping consists of a cufftitle, set of collar tabs, shoulderstraps and award ribbons. The shoulderstraps have period applied Tresse, rank pip and number 5. The piping is red indicating SS-Artillerie Regiment 5 which in the Wiking division was first with vehicle drawn artillery pieces and later renamed to SS-Panzer-Artillerie Regiment 5 and armed with Wespes. The cufftitle is a rare embroidered RZM ‘silk border’ example. It is slightly shortened but displayable on a wrap or in a case. The collar tabs are woven BeVo examples. The runic collar tab is a flatwire example. There is a ribbon for the Iron Cross second class and the Eastern front medal. The grouping was found inside a British army issue sewing kit. Very hard to find and nice grouping with a lot of character!

Rare(!) Waffen-SS belt and buckle set marked RZM ᛋᛋ 35/36
NewExtremely scarce, pre war, Waffen-SS officer equipment belt and buckle set. The buckle is marked RZM ᛋᛋ 35/36 indicating production by Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid in 1935 which is one of the earliest production runs. The belt itself is a period upgraded enlisted mans belt with a added Neusilber hook that corresponds with the buckle. The buckle and the belt have a very nice, natural light patina. The belt and buckle have been worn but only lightly. The finish to the buckle retains up to 99% and would be impossible to upgrade. A textbook, matching belt and buckle set that would be a top shelf piece in any buckle collection – I am sure you will be hard pressed finding a comparable example!

Rare Ful stag RAD EM Hewer marked Ges. Gesch. Carl Eickhorn Solingen
New€2,950.00This is a rare, early M34 Reichsarbeitsdienst EM dagger or Hewer marked Ges. Gesch. Carl Eickhorn Solingen indicating production by Carl Eickhorn from Solingen. The dagger is a rare early variant with a full horn grip which includes the point or ‘beak’ in the grip which was later reformed with a metal point. The blade has the Arbeit Adelt motto and RADJ Ges. Gesch. Carl Eickhorn markings. The blade has not been sharpened. The scabbard is the correct, early variant made from blued metal with both endpieces made in brass covered with nickel plating. The dagger and its scabbard are matching in condition, variant and patina. This is a beautiful, early set that would be very hard to upgrade. This dagger comes with a certificate of authentication of Lakeside trader who in my opinion is one of the leading dagger experts in the world.

New€2,250.00Rare early SA Dagger marked Carl Schmidt Sohn A.G. Solingen. The dagger is marked with the matching serial 23/85 Nm 29561. This cypher NM indicates the Gau which is Nordmark. The numbers 23/85 indicates the Sturm 23 and Standarte 85. This standarte was part of Brigade 15 called Heide. There is some information online to be found regarding the SA-Standarte 85 in Heide regarding the burning of Kiel Synagogues in November 1938. The number 29561 is his personal number of issue. SA daggers are rarely numbered and rarely matching. The scabbard retains its factory paint finish up to 99%. The grip is tight and the insignia are factory installed. The maker marking Carl Schmidt is very rare with production ranking about maximum 1000 pieces ever produced and a McSARR Rarity Rated 9 of 10.
This is a exclusive dagger in excellent condition. A top shelf example!

Q64 M40 Heer helmet in three-tone camouflage
New€4,250.00Beautiful Q64 Heer M40 helmet in wartime applied three-tone camouflage pattern. The helmet shell is marked Q64 indicating production by Quist. The helmet retains its factory installed liner and a original chinstrap marked Rahm & Kampmann Wuppertal 1941. The helmet retains its period applied spray painted three-tone camouflage pattern. The colours are striking, vibrant and the proportions of all the colours create a beautiful visually attractive piece. The camouflage paint has a nice natural patina all over with the typical white spots visible over the helmets exterior. The helmet was a part of the Dutch Eyewhitness museum and came to the market as it closed as seen on the last photograph. It has been in a single well curated collection after being in the museum prior to entering my office. This is a beautiful example of a textbook M40 Heer helmet in three-tone ‘Normandy’ camouflage pattern!

€2,350.00Rare Dutch Waffen-SS rememberance plaque Ch. G. W. Smit killed in action 29-11-1942. These plaques were issued by the NSB to the families of Dutch Waffen-SS soldiers who got killed in action. These are rare to find as post war most of these were destroyed; no one would want a NSB item that was named to their family. These are very hard to find, and only come for sale scarcely!
This is a example from my personal collection!
The plaque is named to SS-Sturmmann Christiaan G. W. Smit Junior. Born 5-6-1922 and killed in action 30-11-1942 in Digoro. This date is different then the plaque but its the date noted in the SS Vormingsbladen of 1942 at page 286. Also his photo can be seen on this page.

This cross was instituted as a decoration to be awarded to NSB members in German service who had taken part in the campaign against Russia. This is a rare variant which has actual wear and has a somewhat sun bleached ribbon. I have only ever seen two of these in used condition.
This variant is a rare example, without swords, in a silver variant. There are a few of these known without swords but, to my knowing, this is the only silver one, in the world. My guess this is a prototype but it somehow found its way back to Canada as a bringback. This is a one of a kind item and you will not find another. Unique, rare example – you will NOT find another in silver!
