This is a beautiful example with really everything there, the hook, all of the shades and without any damages to the bakelite housing at all! These lanterns are hard to find in complete and undamaged condition. Excellent example which would look great in any collection!

Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung Excellent Luftwaffe issue aluminium candle lantern in excellent, near mint condition. The lantern is nicely marked Fl.U.V. (Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung) which indicates this is a specific Luftwaffe issue lantern. The lantern is marked M.W.N. 1941 which indicates production in 1941 by a still unidentified manufacturer. The lantern is in excellent condition without any damages and even still retains some candle wax inside. Perfect example which would be hard to upgrade!

The wrapper is in strong worn condition and has a number of wartime modifications to the collar by ommitting the piping, slightly shortened waist and added internal cuffs. The wrapper would be a ideal restoration base!

The canteen is marked CFL39 indicating production by Carl Feldhaus Aluminium-und Metallwerke, Lüdenscheid in 1939. The canteen has its original harness with rare carabiner hook. The sidestraps connecting to the long sling have been period removed. Regardlessly a very hard variant to find!

All the parts (flask, harness, cap, hook, cup and cover) of the canteen are nicely marked CFL 35 which indicates production by Carl Feldhaus Aluminium-und Metallwerke, Lüdenscheid in 1935. The canteen is a typical early example with high quality materials in near mint condition!

One of the rarest German army utensils to encounter. This is a beautiful large serving spoon or Schöpflöffel for the large food container or Speisen/Essenträger. This serving spoon would have been carried inside of the container and attached to the inside of the lid of it, it fits perfectly! This is a nice early/pre war example manufactured out of high quality aluminium. The large spoon is nicely marked EFG 39 with a WaA stamp. This is a rare chance to get a very desirable large serving spoon!

Nice original M31 Zeltbahn in Splittertarn camouflage. The Zeltbahn is in overall good condition with a small repair and seems to retain most if not all of its original actors applied zinc buttons. This Zeltbahn has an interesting colour scheme with one side being very bright and the other very dark, such a difference in sides is not often encountered. Nice example!

US 101st Airborne grouping to Edward Dietz, 327 GIR
€650.00Insignia grouping to Edward Dietz, 327 Glider Infantry regiment. The group consists of his uniform removed insignia, a German language guide and a guide to Great Britain, his ribbon bars and his combat infantry badge. Other then that a number of postwar souvenirs that also belonged to him. There is more information to be found about him online; he was awarded two Purple Hearts and a bronze star medal. A nice group with potential for further research!

The group has a few rare insignia which are rare to find but were directly obtained from the veteran. Glover served during D-day, Market Garden and the Ardennes offensive.
