Unissued Tornister straps marked J de Valk, Amsterdam
Beautiful set of unissued Tornister/Affe carrying straps manufactured out of smooth black leather. These straps are almost impossible to find as a spare set, especially in this condition! The straps are nicely marked J. De Valk, A’dam 1943 which indicates this bayonet frog is produced by a Dutch company in the capital of Amsterdam during the occupation. Perfect Tornister straps in unissued condition by a rare and desirable manufacturer!

Untouched M31 messkit with brown strap
Nice pre war M31 messkit complete with brown strap in very good condition. The lid and the bottom part of the Messkit are a mismatch (lid HRE 39, kettle DMN 37) but this set is in untouched condition and was most likely used in this configuration! Very nice example with a brown coloured strap which really fits the messkit!

Rare enameled M42 messkit by Deutsche Emailwarenfabrik (DEF)
Messkits and canteens enameled in these colours are attributed to be made by the Deutsche Emailwarenfabrik (DEF) run by Oskar Schindler. Messkits and canteens, unmarked, in these specific colours have been found in the old factory storage of the former DEF. There are several other makers of enameled steel canteens and messkits but they all carry different characteristic features such as markings or specific colours. No other maker utilizes these light gray and blue colours and lacks markings. The light blue “wash” on top of the enamel is one of the typical features. The messkit is in good used condition. A very nice and rare messkit!

€180.00Textbook unmarked late war steel M42 messkit in most likely unissued condition. The messkit has a red primer paint which externally and internally is covered by the green/olive coloured paint. The messkit retains up to 90% of its original finish. Excellent and textbook late war example!

Pre war M31 messkit marked JSD 37
Excellent pre war M31 messkit in very good, used condition. The messkit retains a majority of its original field grey factory finish which has discolored a bit on the bottom from what seems to be exposure to fire. The messkit is nicely marked JSD 37 which indicates production by J. Schmalzeder Erben, Dresden in 1937. Very nice example by a desirable maker in nice condition!

The rain cover is nicely dated 193- and features a logo which indicates production by/for G. Rodenstock München. The leather cover is nicely named to Fehlberg which is a nice detail. Rare to find and hard to upgrade example!

This model is sometimes referred to as M40 (not the original designation) which is a combination of the olive fabric with early features such as aluminium hardware and the leather reinforcements. The breadbag has a small white name label inside naming this breadbag to Heinemann. Nice and hard to find named and light used breadbag!

Interesting last ditch production M44 style breadbag with 3 closed loops but without the separate pocket for the RG34. The breadbag is in used condition but has no damages of any kind. There are circular loops sewn on the back which seems to be field applied. Nice and atypical example in combat used condition!
