The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pleasure in presenting the Silver Star to Staff Sergeant Louis F. Chase (ASN: 11016126), United States Army, for gallantry in action while serving with Company H, 2d Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, in action against the enemy in the vicinity of Caumont, Normandy, France, on 14 June 1944. His gallant actions and dedicated devotion to duty, without regard for his own life, were in keeping with the highest traditions of military service and reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Army. A very nice late war pattern tropical Y-strap in lightly used condition. Marked 0/0676/0038 on the centre O-ring cover. The fabric is strong and is complete with all straps, loops and buckles. The rearstrap is of typical construction with woven holes but has a interesting leather end piece. This is a original factory variation! A interesting variation made out of various materials, perfect for a combat mannequin!

A nice late war Tool pouch for the MG34 and MG42 machinegun. It is made out of the late war Pressstoff material and is in good condition with all internal fittings and leather straps. The leather is nice and supple and the Pressstoff is nice in colour. Interestingly the leather parts are not stitched but riveted! A rare late war pouch in good, lightly used condition!

A very nice original tan or tropical camouflage helmet in untouched condition. The helmet is marked SE64 indicating production by the Sachsichse Emaillierwerke. The helmet retains its original single decal and up to 80% of its original tropical or tan camouflage paint. The tan paint is often referred to as being Afrikakorps, DAK camo or tropical camouflage paint. The helmet retains its original liner and chinstrap. A very nice example of a tropical camouflage helmet that would be very hard to upgrade!

€400.00A very nice LP34 in excellent condition. The LP34 still has the full anodization finish and never has been repainted. The flare gun is marked S/237 1940 indicating production byBernard Berhauss, Lübeck in 1940. Note: the large spring pushing the barrel up is missing. The flare gun can be displayed perfectly and even if it cocks and fires I would not suggest firing it because of the missing spring. Otherwise still a perfect display piece as there are no optically missing pieces!
