  • Short gasmask strap marked EBD 44

    Rare to find the short strap of this type with a nice late wire hook. The long EBD straps are often encountered but the short ones are hard to find. Complete with the retaining stud. The rubber is in good supple condition.

  • Rare bakelite 6×30 Dienstglas CXN

    One of the rarest bits of German army equipment. A stunning pair of 6×30 Dienstglas binoculars marked CXN indicating production by Emil Busch. The binoculars have clear lenses without scratches. The binoculars still retain all of their bakelite without any serious defects. One of the oculars can be removed from the mount. The binoculars are nicely adjustable. They lack the Strichplatte and the sight is slightly double, but clear! They are fitted with a adjustable strap that is affixable to two sets of bales on the reverse of the main body. I have added two pictures of these type of binoculars in use. Bakelite binoculars can be seen on the left hand side of the picture worn by the Unterscharführer in Kampfgruppe Knittel at the Kaiserbaracke crossroads.

  • Stunning double decal M35 Kriegsmarine helmet

    This helmet was found about a month ago when my friend was demolishing a building in Norway. To put it in his words literally ” I tore down the attic and this thing came rolling out “.
     
    The helmet is a ET64 with lot number 3670. The helmet features its original Kriegsmarine decals, of which one was painted over. The helmet was spray painted in a grey paint, inside and out. The helmet still retains its original liner with the name Seckel. Inside the helmet, under the leather the dome stamp still retains visible and there is another name, in pencil inside the dome. The chinstrap is original to the helmet and is Kriegsmarine marked too. The KM decal has the thin black border around the eagle and the swastika and was masked during the grey repaint. The decal has a strong, deep golden tint as would be expected of a KM helmet.

  • Tropical camouflaged MG34 / MG42 ammunition box

    A very nice aluminum early MG34 ammunition box. The box has been camouflaged in a nice light tan paint. The closing latch of the box is a wartime repair done by the Waffenmeister. The box retains up to 85% of its original wartime applied camouflage paint.

  • Complete pre war EM34 Carl Zeiss Range Finder

    A complete pre war EM34 or Entfernungsmesser 34 in complete condition. These where issued with all sorts of artillery pieces and machine guns. They where used to zero in these heavy weapons to shoot accurately on long distances. The range finder comes complete with all the accessories it should have and is expected to be issued with. All carrying straps, slings, covers and even the adjustment tool are there. The optics are clear and give a nice 11 times magnification. The set is still in this pristine condition because it after the war it was reissued and kept in a Norwegian army depot. It has always been stored well! The set is complete with tripod and cover, range finder and cover and the Justierlatte and its rare to find cover. It is hard to find a complete range finder as they are often incomplete.

    A very nice M31 canteen in unissued condition. Nicely marked emk 42 which is a uncommon marking indicating production by  Aluminiumwerke Göttingen, GmbH. Hard to find maker of canteen!

  • Late war wooden verbandkasten

    Later in the war the German vehicle first aid kit or “Verbandkasten” was made out of wood in stead of steel. Most of these don’t have a label on the inside and are executed in field gray paint. This one is in very good condition with over 90% of the period paint remaining. The spray painted letters on the front are very aesthetically pleasing and would nicely compliment a medical display!

    A nice original Waffen-SS belt buckle marked RZM 155/40 ᛋᛋ indicating production by Assmann & Sohne, Lüdenscheid. The buckle is marked next to the catch which was only done for a short period in 1940. The buckle is in really good condition with most of the original paint remaining!

    A very nice hooded Heer M43 Wachmantel marked 0/0688/0018. The Wachmantel is a nice medium size. Many of these overcoats where issued and used a lot during the Ardennes offensive. The overcoat has a few moth holes here and there but shows no actual use. It is a very nice M43 Wachmantel in very good condition!

    A scarcely encountered Gebirgsjäger specific 1 liter capacity canteen or Labeflasche. These canteens where fitted with a hook on the back so that it could be worn on the carrying sling but also on the breadbag. These 1 liter Labeflaschen with both the harness and the hook are very hard to find!

  • Stunning late war 4-panel Waffen-SS Oak zeltbahn

    Really a mint condition late war zeltbahn in Waffen-SS Oak camouflage. The Zeltbahn is nicely made up out of different colours of camouflaged material, typical for a late war manufacture. What makes this zeltbahn rare is that its in mint condition, but also that it is of a late war “4 panel” construction. That means that on both far ends of the left and right side a extra triangle is sewn on. The material is stunning and very vibrant and looks like the day it was made. The zeltbahn retains most if not all of its originally sewn buttons. Another interesting detail is that the button holes where all sewn by hand!

    A very nice unissued pair of Knobelbecher or jackboots in a large size. These are the tall, pre war variant. Perfect for a 1940 mannequin. The boots are supple and nice undyed leather. On the top of one of the boots there is a small damage. Other then that a very nice pair that would be very hard to upgrade!

  • Late war Riveted Y-strap marked RBNr. 0/0706/0004 named Dr. Roka

    This Y-strap is a rare latewar “riveted” variant. On multiple places rivets are used in stead of stitches. The Y-strap is in good light used condition and the leather is plyable. These are typical features for this maker but sadly the RBnr. can not be traced. A name Dr. Roka was written underneath the main support strap. A rare late war Y-strap!

    A stunning named tropical gasmask. The canister still retains up to 95% of its original tan camouflage paint. Inside still complete with a nice named mask. Sadly no unit can be traced. Would be very hard to find a better tan camouflaged gasmask!

    A deep brown coloured butterdish in good condition. The bakelite is free of cracks and is a nice deep brown colour. The butterdish opens in a 1/3 turn as it should.

    A nice original set of private purchase M36 type shoulder boards or Schulterklappen for a Oberfeldwebel in Panzergrenadier Regiment 33. This unit fought in several well known battles on the eastern front such as Orel, Kursk, Kowel and Kurland. The shoulder boards are in good condition though 1 has a moth hole on top. A very attractive pair!

  • Stunning M40 hkp62 Luftwaffe Normandy three-tone camouflage helmet

    A absolutely stunning M40 Luftwaffe camouflage helmet. The helmet still retains its original liner, chinstrap and rivets. The helmet retains up to 95% of its original three-tone Normandy camouflage paint. The colours on the helmet are very vivid and come out way better in real life. Underneath the camouflage one can see the shape of the luftwaffe decal on the left side of the helmet. The leather in the liner is supple but the chinstrap is a bit hard and cracked underneath the buckle. The helmet would be great for a mannequin or a  helmet display. Hard to upgrade honest Normandy camouflage helmet!

    Nice condition Reichswehr era belt with tabbed buckle. The belt and buckle where found together and have two unit markings and two names inscribed. The buckle is made by Haarmann in 1934 and still retains its nice leather tab. The belt is named twice and also unit marked. A nice Reichswehr belt with buckle in very good condition!

    A very nice pre war breadbag in near mint condition. The bag was probably issued but never used. Inside it is nicely marked with the Kriegsmarine acceptance stamp B.A.W. Bekleidungs Amt Wilhelmshaven and the date 16-10-1937. The breadbag is named to Binder. The bag comes complete with the wide textbook Kriegsmarine breadbag strap it was issued with.

These pouch still retains its original 3 closing straps on the front and their retaining loops with lux points. The pouch has a few repairs as you can see on the pictures. Needless to say that this very rare pouch is a fantastic been there piece!
