LP42 flare marked euh #077293
€400.00A nice late war reinforced Leuchtpistole 42 or LP42 flare pistol. Nicely marked euh indicating production by Metallwarenfabrik C.u. W. Meinel-Scholer, Kligenthal/Sachsen. The pistol still retains the original brown grips, some of the wartime finish on the metal and has not been refinished or reissued postwar. The flare pistol is fitted with a single piece hammer and is reinforced above the grip. Sadly the ring on the bottom to attach a lanyard is broken off.

€295.00Excellent 3rd pattern Luftwaffe navigation disc or Dreieckrechner DR3 Tp. This example is nicely marked FL. 23 825, gwr, Jan. 1944. The 3 letter code gwr indicates production by an unknown manufacturer in January 1944. This is the rare 3rd pattern which is made out of yellow tinted illuminating synthetic resin material for clear view at night flying and/or low visibility, same idea as with the Luftwaffe issued flight maps. These navigation computers were used by Luftwaffe pilots in almost every German aircraft such as the Me109, Fw190, Me262, He-111, Do-217, Ju-88 and almost all others! Excellent and very rare Dreieckrechner DR3 Tp in very good condition which would be hard to upgrade!

The Quist marking is hard to read because of the thick paint used inside the helmet which is typical for this variant. €200.00Rare Gebirgsjäger issue rucksack Tauern Sack dated 1939 in good used condition. These rucksacks are more then often civilian examples but this is a military issued piece. Inside it is nicely maker marked Hans Deuter, Augsburg 1939. Next to this is a depot marking RAD BA M/L 2. 40. which in theory is a RAD clothing and equipment depot but I have seen several Heer M36 field blouses with the RADBAS depot marking. The rucksack is in good used condition, and, as far, is the only issued example I have ever seen! Rare example for the GBJ collector!

Rare Dutch made M42 canteen
€375.00Beautiful and very rare canteen most probably made by the Dutch company VerBliFa (De Vereenigde Blikfabrieken) during the German occupation. The canteen is in used but good condition. VerBliFa (De Vereenigde Blikfabrieken) was the main manufacturer of the Dutch pre 1940 army mess kits, canteens and other stuff, these items were made in the exact same way. Stamped sheet metal and then tinned! The canteen is missing its cup. On the back of the harness a fork is fitted from the four piece cutlery set which has been there since the end of the war. The canteen is unmarked which is often the case with these Dutch produced canteens. Maybe one of the rarest variant of the M42 canteen there is, and for sure one of the best canteens I have ever offered!
