This is a typical pre war construction with the field gray coloured fabric, high quality green painted leather, aluminium hardware and leather reinforcements on the belt loops. The breadbag is nicely marked DRP DSSD which indicates Deutsche Reichspost, Düsseldorf. This example is in good condition and is a perfect example which shows the high quality pre war manufacturing standards!
