Militaria

My main collecting interest has always been field gear and small personal items. These things always breathe the period since they are the items the regular soldier had to do with. I specialize in these items and strive to offer nice and interesting items.
The items offered here are all guaranteed original and unaltered period pieces produced before May 1945 unless stated otherwise.

  • ET71 M38 single decal Fallschirmjäger helmet

    New
    8,750.00

Textbook M38 single decal Fallschirmjäger helmet marked ET71 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale. The helmet is a textbook single decal example retaining up to 95% of its original finish and decal. The decal is a factory applied example. At some point someone painted around the swastika to emphasize the details. This was only on top the swastika part which looks to be hardly undamaged underneath! Not to be confused with a denazified decal as it is intact underneath the paint. The helmet retains its factory installed liner in size 60 and chinstraps. Very nice example in excellent condition!

  • ckl64 M42 single decal Heer helmet with bullet damage

    New
    2,500.00

ckl64 M42 single decal Heer helmet with bullet damage in very good condition. The helmet is marked CKL62 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale. The helmet is a textbook single decal example with a near perfect toned Heer decal. The helmet retains its factory installed liner. The chinstrap is a unmarked original which in my opinion was added to the helmet at some point. The shell has a large hole portruding the upper part of the shell above the reach of the fingers of the liner. There is another subsequent ‘ding’ on the back indicating a second hit. Very nice and aesthetic example; a conversation piece for sure.

  • Q66 M40 Heer helmet in tan camouflage paint

    New
    3,500.00

Textbook M40 Heer helmet in tan camouflage paint marked Q66 indicating production by Quist. The helmet is a textbook single decal M40 Heer example which was period camouflaged in tan paint covering the helmet. The helmet retains up to 90% of the wartime applied camouflage paint. The camouflage paint over the decal is partially gone due to the fact that paint not always adheres well to the surface of a helmet decal. The helmet retains its original factory installed liner with matching paint on the helmet rivets. The helmet is named in the back of teh shell to a Obergefreiter. The helmet has a beautiful dark natural patina all over.

Beautiful example of a untouched Heer tan camouflage helmet as worn in the Afrika Korps and Italy. Textbook; one looker piece!
