The canteen is marked CFL39 indicating production by Carl Feldhaus Aluminium-und Metallwerke, Lüdenscheid in 1939. The canteen has its original harness with rare carabiner hook. The sidestraps connecting to the long sling have been period removed. Regardlessly a very hard variant to find!

    Perfect late war manufactured M31 Zeltbahn in Splittertarn camouflage. The Zeltbahn is made by Walter Reichert, Berlin NW40 “Warei” in 1943. The Zeltbahn retains all of it’s originally applied grommets and zinc buttons except for one. The Zeltbahn is double marked with a “Warei” patent stamp and the production stamp which is normal for this maker. Excellent example which would be impossible to upgrade!

    Nice original M38 gasmask together with its original canister marked Prestag 1941. The mask itself is a nice green canvas variant and the canister comes with its original periodically attached straps. The canister and mask both are in amazing condition and make a great close to mint set! The top of the canister features an ink stamp RLM which most likely indicates Reichsluftfahrtministerium, the ministry of aviation of German between 1936 and 1945. It is a excellent and beautiful example that would be hard to upgrade!

    A nice and usable 5 liter Trinkwasser water carrier in stunning condition. The canister is marked SMM 41 which indicates production by Süddeutsche Metallwarenfabrik, Mussbach. These carriers where first introduced around 1941 probably due to the hot climate in Italy and Africa. These are becoming hard to find and are a good and secure way to take drinking water to the front. This one still has most of its original paint and stencils and is in very good condition!

    Beautiful set of gas warning flags in their original Pressstoff pouch, the pouch is nicely marked gmn 1941 which is still not clear which maker this indicates! The carrying strap is made out of typical blueish webbing. Nice set which would be perfect for display!

    A very nice example of a Waffen-SS shoulderstrap for a Scharführer der Infanterie. The shoulderstrap is a nice late war manufacture with white rayon piping and original applied Unteroffizierstresse. The shoulderstrap is a single and has some moth damages but is in an overall great condition.

  • Traditional Finnish Puukko knife dated 1942

    Excellent large traditional Finnish Puukko knife made by Martini Rovaniemi in 1942. The blade reads Sotamuisto indicating its a war souvenir. The arctic birch handle has been decorated with a blue enamel badge that was often obtained from the Soldatenheim and or Sotilaskoti. These knives where very popular amongst German troops fighting in Finland on the Nordfront. Many wartime images of soldiers serving in 6. SS Gebirgsjäger Division ‘Nord’ can be seen wearing these typical Finnish knives. In Finland, receiving a puukko as a gift is considered an honour, the idea being that the presenter is giving the recipient a tool which is essential for both woodworking and preparing food and as a weapon and that the presenter takes into account the well-being of the recipient. The Puukko in question is a very large variant roughly the size of a K98 bayonet.

ZG. 4/VI Gefr. Pleith. This is probably the inscription on his Erkennungsmarke. The container retains it blue Luftwaffe paint up to 95%. It is very hard to find a Luftwaffe blue gasmask in this condition!

  • Kriegsmarine leather protective trousers

    A nice Kriegsmarine issued leather trousers. The trousers are nicely dated September 2nd 1942. These trousers where also worn by Panzer units such as the 12th SS Panzerdivision Hitlerjugend; The regiment had to thank its commander, Max Wünsche, for the leather clothing. He understood the value of such gear and it saved the lives of quite a few men. The 12th SS, Volume one. Hubert Meyer, 1994.

  • Rare late war Riveted Y-strap marked RBNr. 0/0576/003

    A nice original Y-strap marked RBNr. 0/0576/003. This Y-strap is a rare latewar “riveted” variant. On multiple places rivets are used in stead of stitches. Another interesting feature is the angle on which the auxiliary D-rings on top are sewn. These are typical features for this maker but sadly the RBnr. can not be traced. A name “Vollmer” was written underneath the auxiliary strap. A very rare late war Y-strap!

    Original 1943 dated M1 carbine hip holster. This holster was designed so the wearer could wear the M1 carbine on the hip. Only produced in small numbers it was never put in large scale production. This holster was only produced in 1943 by JQMD. The holster is in mint unissued condition!

    Excellent and rare bakelite salt container/dispenser. These are believed to be especially designed for use in tropical climates. The container is nicely marked amh/K, amh is a 3 letter for the manufacturer which is quite uncommon for bakelite items, K indicates the usage of urea resin (which is a certain type of Bakelite) with an organic filler material. Nice and hard to find example!
