US issue Polaroid sunglasses 1945. These late war sunglasses are best known because they were issued to Göring, Dönitz and several other nazis during the Nuremburg trials. They had been issued because the Americans wanted to photograph and film the trials and therefor lighted the court room with bright neon lights. The glasses were given to the defendants because of the bright lights coming from the bright light after complaining.
