Unissued M31 messkit marked HRE 40 with factory wrapping

Textbook pre war matching aluminium M31 messkit in excellent, unissued condition complete with the factory wrapping paper. The messkit still retains around 95% of its original factory applied finish. The messkit is nicely marked HRE 40 which indicates production by Heinrich Ritter, Esslingen in 1949. Textbook example which would be impossible to upgrade!
