Tabbed steel Heer belt buckle marked R. Sieper & Sohne 1940

A minty steel Heer belt buckle marked R. Sieper & Sohne Lüdenscheid 1940. The buckle still retains most if not all of its factory green paint. Textbook buckle with the scarcer black leather tab!
