Scarce SS-TV vertical Totenkopf Sanitäter tab

Extremely scarce original SS Totenkopf Verbande Sanitätersabteilung vertical tab. These tabs are extremely scarce with 5 known examples in the world. The tab is in very good, uniform removed but excellent condition. The tab features the typical fine quality bullion in virtually mint condition without oxidation. The cord around the edge firmly, period sewn. The tab would be a prime piece in any SS cloth collection and in my opinion, impossible to upgrade.
