Kompanie Beobachtungs Abteilung 611. The belt is pre war, maker marked and dated 1938. The belt buckle is a tabbed aluminum Heer example maker marked and dated Gebr. Albert Menden 1936 which is one of the rarest belt Heer belt buckles! Finding Beobachtungsabteilung marked items is very hard!
