Rare Heer Panzer wrap in unissued condition

Rare Heer Panzer wrap in unissued condition. Textbook 1940 dated example without insignia. The garment is a unissued example which never had its shoulderstraps sewn in which seems to be common on pre war and 1940 dated wrappers. The garment is not shortened or taken in and would be very hard to upgrade!
