MG34/42 tool pouch in tan Pressstoff marked gut 4

Excellent late war (1944) tool pouch for the MG34 and MG42 machine gun or Maschinengewehr. The tan coloured tool pouch is in used condition and undamaged, complete with all the internal fittings which is hard to find. The tool pouch is constructed out of tan coloured Pressstoff. Interesting is the combination of stitching and riveting used in the production of applying the leather parts. The pouch is marked on the inside of the closing flap gut 4 which indicates production by Walter Schuermann u. Co., Lederwarenfabrik, Bielefeld in 1944.
