M42 canteen marked SMM43

Textbook M42 (steel) canteen in good condition. The canteen and the cup are both nicely marked SMM 43 which indicates production by Süddeutsche Metallwarenfabrik, Mussbach in 1943. The canteen is complete with its original steel cup which lost almost all of its green final paint but still retains all of the red primer paint makes it look like one of the cups which was issued with only the primer paint. Very nice and aesthetic example!
