Kriegsmarine issue 7×50 armoured Dienstglas by blc in ‘Sea Green’ camouflage

Rare Kriegsmarine issue 7×50 armoured binoculars or Dienstglas in overall good condition. The binoculars are nicely marked blc which indicates production by Carl Zeiss, Jena. The binoculars retains all of its rubber (armoured) parts. The thick rubber armouring is in very good condition besides one tear near the ocular but is sturdy and functional. The binoculars are finished in the typical factory tan which was period repainted in Kriegsmarine ‘sea green’ camouflage paint and this remains for up to 95%. The sight is still very good and the lenses are clean and clear damages. Nice and rare to find binoculars which were also used in a U-boot!
