Heer officer visor Infanterie Regiment 13 by Heinrich Kühner Mützenfabrik Ludwigsburg

Textbook Heer officer visor cap in near mint condition. The visor is made of a beautiful thick wool with bright white piping. The previous owner restored the chinstrap and eagle to this piece which in my opinion was incorrect for this quality of cap. The sweatband is nicely marked Infanterie Regiment 13 which was a interesting unit in the 1940 campaigns, later to be re trained to a Gebirgsjäger regiment. The visor is a beautiful example that would be very hard to upgrade!
