The badge is nicely marked AS indicating production by Adolf Scholze and retains a very nice factory bronze finish. The badge is a type 3.1.2 Adolf Scholze as identified by Philippe De Bock in The German Panzer Assault Badge of WWII. Even with the missing catch a rare variant to find!
