Deutsches Rotez Kreuz 10 year loyal service nurse cross in good condition. This is a textbook example of a Nurse cross for 10 years of loyal service. To be worn around the neck, it was issued without a chain. This is the reason they always have different chains. The chain on this example is a 935 silver example which looks like it has been on the cross for a long time and to me is original to the cross. The cross is in good condition with its enamel undamaged. The finish on the cross is also in excellent condition. A nice cross that would be hard to upgrade!
