  • M44 breadbag marked RBNr. 0/0465/0012

    Superb M44 breadbag with a beautiful mix of different materials. The breadbag is nicely marked RBNr. 0/0465/0012 which is is a less frequently encountered maker to spot on M44 bread bags. Stone mint example which is simply impossible to upgrade!

  • Green urea resin (bakelite) canteen cup

    Excellent and very rare green coloured urea resin M31/M42 canteen cup. Based on the condition I would say that this is a ground dug example which has affected the marking as well but can still be deciphered to MPD code 1W/K which indicates production by Julius Posselt, Gablonz an der Neisse, Reichsgau Sudetenland and that the used material is Urea resin (a certain type of bakelite) with an organic filler material. Very rare cup in ground dug condition!

     

  • US M3 fighting knife by Camillus

    Textbook US M3 fighting knife in good used condition. The knife is marked M3 Camillus and comes with the typical US M8 scabbard.

  • Tragegurt 34

    These straps where issued to MG crews and assisted in carrying the MG34 and MG42 ammunition boxes. The material is strong and in very good condition. These straps are hard to come by and would display nicely with a pair of ammunition boxes or on a MG crew mannequin. Excellent example in real combat used example which features some writing as well!

  • Rare enameled M42 messkit by Deutsche Emailwarenfabrik (DEF)

    Messkits and canteens enameled in these colours are attributed to be made by the Deutsche Emailwarenfabrik (DEF) run by Oskar Schindler. Messkits and canteens, unmarked, in these specific colours have been found in the old factory storage of the former DEF.  There are several other makers of enameled steel canteens and messkits but they all carry different characteristic features such as markings or specific colours. No other maker utilizes these light gray and blue colours and lacks markings. The light blue “wash” on top of the enamel is one of the typical features. The messkit is in good used condition and has one hardly noticeable period repair to the hinges. A very nice and rare messkit!

    Rare original Flemish SS membership pin for the Algemene SS Vlaanderen. These pins were worn by members of the Algemene SS Vlaanderen and was made by A. Zoll in Antwerp, Belgium.

    Rare original US roll up mapcase maker marked and dated G.J. Aigner Co. 1943. Originally stock number 24C-539-20 these mapcase were most probably used by CO’s in the field and most probably stored inside vehicles. The strap at the end is slightly damaged but intact. The tie straps are undamaged and functional. The see through plastic grid is intact and undamaged. These map cases are incredibly rare!

The bayonet is exactly how it left the factory. The bayonet has not been reblued and has a minty look to it with most of the original grey finish remaining. A very nice late war bayonet with very nice red brown grips

    Nice small US Airborne grouping to a soldier serving in the 101st and 17th Airborne division. The grouping is unattributed but comes with a copy of the original owner of the items. Interesting booklets and a nice small etch of the infamous Waalbrug, Nijmegen.

This is a well known modified item which can be seen in multiple wartime images, I attached two of them. Textbook way of converting equipment to make it useful and wearable!

    Excellent carrying case for the 6×30 binoculars or Dienstglas manufactured out of red brown coloured phenolic resin (Bakelite). The case is complete with the leather belt loops on the back from which one is damaged and with the Pressstoff pulling tab/strap. The case is in clean and undamaged condition!

    A nice late war Leuchtpistole 42 or LP42 flare pistol. Nicely marked wa indicating production by Waffenfabrik Hugo Schneider AG, Leipzig. The pistol still retains the original red brown grips, wartime finish on the metal and has not been refinished or reissued postwar. The serial is 20331. Very nice example!

The tool pouch was issued to carry fuze setters, crimp tools and some other small items. The tool is nicely marked dob 1941 which indicates production by a still unidentified manufacturer. The pouch is in worn, untouched condition and is hard to find!

    A nice fur issued Polizei fur hat in good used condition. Nicely maker marked 0/1500/0747 and dated 1943. The cap is a size 58 which is a large size for the time period. The cap is in mint condition and the fur still retains most of its hairs. The cap has a originally applied Polizei cap eagle! Nice for a eastern front mannequin!

    Textbook 1944 dated German helmet liner in good condition. The liner is nicely marked 62/55 which indicates shell size 62 and head size 55. The leather itself is marked Grnd. Kneupper which most likely indicates Grenadier Kneupper. Excellent named example in very good condition!

The labels reads: Hgrf. Gustav Berthold – Führerlehrgang – 3./ L.S.W. Ersatz- und Ausbildungs-Abt. BOXTEL – über Deutsche Dienstpost Hertogenbosch, Holland. Really interesting set from a German soldier which seems to have been stationed in Holland during his trainings!

The Tornister is a textbook late war example with multiple colours of fabric, sadly the leather red cross patch has been removed at some point. Beautiful and rare example!
