The camouflage paint over the decal is partially gone due to the fact that paint not always adheres well to the surface of a helmet decal. The helmet retains its original factory installed liner with matching paint on the helmet rivets. The helmet is named in the back of teh shell to a Obergefreiter. The helmet has a beautiful dark natural patina all over.
