  • Unique reinforced Waffen-SS prototype field blouse

    5,250.00

Scarce unissued prototype Waffen-SS field blouse. Late war variant jacket made from single and double layered fine gaberdine material. The shoulders, the belt portion, the elbows and some of the breast are double layered as a reinforcement. These field blouses were issued on a small scale for field testing but were never produced in large numbers. Allthough this design does not follow the exact cut of the SS M43 field blouse with two holes and 5 buttons; there is no suggestion that these garments were made for any other branch then the Waffen-SS. An equivalent was made in Blurred Edge camouflage pattern in the exact same cut with a 6 button front. This is one of those things that I will most likely hardly be able to acquire again and would most probably be one of those items to complete a collection!

  • German Cross in Silver – Heavy C.F. Zimmermann

Textbook Silver German Cross or Deutsches Kreuz in Silber manufactured by C.F. Zimmermann, Pforzheim. This is a very early Deutsches Kreuz in Silver by Zimmermann, marked without any maker’s identification beneath the pin or clasp known as a ‘heavy’ variant. It remains in superb condition, exhibiting minimal wear on the swastika and wreath. The reverse side displays a typical patina, and the cross is entirely untouched, retaining its original state. This early example is of great interest due to its characteristic Zimmermann components, such as the directly soldered catch, faint indications of the typical 11 o’clock flaw, and a distinct date design. It was acquired by a British soldier and is part of his wartime souvenirs, including his identification tags. Most of the weighty early DKiS examples are usually attributed to Godet or Deschler. This variant is exceptionally rare and of exceptionally high quality, making it a true premium item!

This being an exceptionally well preserved example that can therefor be considered very rare. This APB was brought home by a US soldier after the war and taken from his estate. The helmet retains up to 85% of its original finish and its Luftwaffe decal is nicely peaking through the paint. The helmet retains its 4 tight liner bolts with cut chinstraps. The chinstraps and the lack of the liner in combination with the bullet hole in the right flank indicates it was probably removed for being drenched in blood. The helmet also shows the typical oxidation inside for being in contact with blood. The helmet surfaced a good 20 years ago in SaintCômedu-Mont when someone visited a Chambre D’hote in SaintCômedu-Mont and was gifted this helmet along with a US tanker helmet. This village was the theatre of a heavy battle between Fallschirmjäger Regiment 6 and the US 506 PIR on June 7-8 1944. The helmet has a clear bullet hole on the right flank most probably killing the wearer. Unfortunately, the helmet shell is not named. The helmet is marked ET68 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale.

Ra. The blouse is a nice unissued example with all originally sewn buttons and strong contrasting Erbsentarn colours. Nicely marked Betr. Ra. indicating production by Betriebswerk Ravensbrück (Texled). The jacket has some small holes due to storage through the years. Otherwise its in mint unissued condition! The trousers are in equal condition without holes or wear. One of the leg ties is incomplete. The trousers have all originally sewn buttons. The trousers are also marked Betr. Ra. and match the jacket in pattern and camouflage, they would instantly dress a mannequin! Finding a loose jacket or loose trousers can be done, but finding a minty maker matching set is extremely difficult!

  • Superb early single decal M38 paratrooper helmet

A superb(!) example of the first type M38 paratrooper helmet to follow the pre war double decal model in 1940. First issued in 1940 it still has the early aluminum liner and a low lot number 719. A size 68 shell by by Eisen- u. Huettenwerke, Thale, Harz. The helmet has a size 68 shell and a large size 58 liner. The liner is the early aluminum type with light grey padding material. The helmet retains all 4 of its original early type vented bolts and their nuts. This is probably one of the first helmets to be finished in feldgrau with a single decal in 1940. Surely one of the best M38 paratrooper helmets we’ve ever had on offer!

Stunning pair of original MP44 or Sturmgewehr pouches in combat used condition. The pouches are matching and connected by its nice bright green woven connecting strap. These mp44 pouches where combat used during Unternehmen Herbstnebel or the Battle of the Bulge. They where left behind in a barn in Luxemburg and found long after the war ended. The pair still retains dirt and stains and imprints from the magazines. The pouches are unwashed and would nicely attribute to a combat mannequin. There aren’t a lot original combat used MP44 pouches around; this is one of the few pairs! Fantastic set that would be impossible to upgrade if you want a piece of history!

  • Unique German Splittertarn B paratrooper smock

A nice original and combat worn German paratrooper smock or KnochensackManufactured from heavy material with parts out of Splittertarn B smock material. The smock is unique; as it is made from double sided Splittertarn B material. Most probably due to a error in the printing factory during the war the material was printed on both sides, not just the outside. This is a unique feature and I’ve never ever seen a second one that has this feature. The smock retains 5/6 of its period sewn buttons and functional press studs. The zippers are marked Rapid and are all in functioning condition. The smock retains nice and vibrant colours with a nice light use just perfect for a combat mannequin. The breast eagle is period removed. The smock is a nice large size fitting for most if not all mannequins. This smock was surely worn during the war and has loads of character. • Rare late Waffen-SS Erbsentarn pattern Panzer trousers

    7,000.00

Extremely scarce original Waffen-SS Panzer crew member trousers in Erbsentarn camouflage fabric. The trousers are in very good, IMO lightly worn condition. The garment retains all but one factory sewn buttons. The garment was discovered in a cloth recycling factory in my hometown. There is a small period handsewn repair to the bottom of both legs. Both leg tie straps are there as is the internal belt and the inside pockets. The trousers are in a good, medium to large size fitting most modern sized mannequins. The garment is not visibly marked which probably washed out with the time. The garment is made from three types of camouflage fabric being Erbsentarn straight and reverse printed HBT and smooth Erbsentarn camouflage fabric. The garment retains a number of different thread colours all over. The button holes are typical for the garment. The wearer at some point removed the internal waist belt buckle by sewing a button to the waist. This could easily be restored yet the garment is untouched and was worn as is. The garment was worn and washed during its service hence it’s pockets retain a light blue hue inside. Otherwise the colours are vibrant and exactly how they should be. A rare opportunity to purchase real Waffen-SS camouflage Panzer trousers in Erbsentarn camouflage fabric!

The garment is un untouched, as found condition and comes without any alterations. The garment comes with a set of early wool piped Panzer collar tabs that were very clearly once sewn onto the collar and found together with the garment. The breast is adorned with two award loops and a period sewn iron cross ribbon. The collar is the early type with the pink wool piping all round. The jacket is in a good medium size and nicely dated 1938. The unique thing about this wrap is that it has never been in a collection before and that the jacket was featured on a TV-show about household clearers.
