German helmet

A perfect 1940 dated Heer belt and buckle in size 110. The buckle is a nice tabbed 1940 dated variant by Richard Sieper & Sohne in mint condition. The belt is supple, a nice large size 110 and is also dated 1940. A very nice set, hard to upgrade!

A nice pair of Gebirgsjäger boots in good used condition with a pair of original laces. The size is a nice average size 28, not too small or big. A nice pair to finish a mannequin with!

A unique hand bound field notebooks for a veterinarian in the Waffen-SS. These books contained typed notes on a wide array of veterinary practices such as disease diagnosis, medicines, remedies and procedures. These notebooks would be critical in the field without other veterinary care in the area. The notebooks are covered in Waffen-SS Oak camouflage material. As the war progressed a large portion of the German army was still horse powered although the Propaganda reels show differently! This is a great and unique set that was most definitely well kept after because of its importance. A great set that would be a great piece in a cavalry related display!

Textbook Flugzeugführer abzeichen by FLL indicating Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid. Hard to upgrade piece with lots of details and frosting !

A textbook pre war P08 Luger holster in very good condition. Nicely marked Gebrüder Klinge Dresden 1938.  The holster is complete with all loops, straps and buckle. The leather is supple and not dry. Hard to upgrade pre-war piece!

A nice aluminum Heer belt buckle marked R. Sieper & Sohne Lüdenscheid 1938. The buckle still retains most of its factory green paint which is a rare attribute for these aluminum belt buckles. The buckle is easily graded near mint! A rare buckle in very good condition!

A nice original Hardshell P38 holster marked ewx 1941 indicating production by Franz u. Karl Voegels, Lederwarenfabrik, Köln. The holster is nicely named to Wiest externally and internally. The holster is in great condition and would be hard to upgrade!

Excellent Luftwaffe camouflaged gasmask canister named to Obergefreiter Brune. The canister retains up to 90% of its multi layered wartime applied camouflage paint. The helmet was once painted in a bright tan camouflage paint later to be topped off with grey Luftwaffe paint. The canister is named on the lens compartment and the bottom. A very aesthetic been there piece in great condition!

A very nice example of a tropical Heer belt buckle by Gustav Brehmer as intended for wear with members of the Afrikakorps. Marked and dated under the prongs GB 40surely the earliest tropical belt buckle I have seen!

Rare original bakelite head torch or Stirnlampe for use with MG and Mortar crews for reading firing tables and maps. These torches are often incomplete or heavily damaged. The torch comes with the original cable and elastic in good condition. The on/off switch has a crack and is loose but can be easily placed back into the corner. This is one of the rarest torches I’ve been able to offer and also the best one I’ve ever seen!

A mint bayonet marked 44 fnj indicating production by Alexander Coppel GmbH (aka Alcoso), Solingen. The bayonet has never been sharpened or reblued. The bayonet is matching to its phosphatised scabbard with the serial 5171 and has nice red bakelite grips. The bayonet is in exceptional uncleaned, unsharpened and matching (!) condition.

Possibly the rarest of webbing Y-straps to find, this variant is especially designed and made for Cavalry troops to carry the Packtasche on the back. Only the second one I have ever seen, let alone was able to offer. Scarce piece in mint condition!

Rare large Wehrmacht issue compass. This is the largest field worn version of compass made by Gebr. Wichmann, Berlin. The compass is twice the size of the normal Wehrmacht issue marching compass and is flat and heavy. Meant to weigh down a map so it doesn’t blow in the wind. The compass comes with its original leather case. Very rare and hard to find large metal officers field compass complete with its issue case.

Very rare pre war Polizei issue flare gun holster. The holster is a very nice example with aluminum hardware and nicely marked with the Polizei Abnahme.

Nice original pair of issued fur lined flying boots for the Luftwaffe. For sure the best pair I’ve seen so far. Textbook boots in very good condition, leather strong and supple and the buckles and press studs without oxidation.

Nice original Heer parade dagger marked Eickhorn Solingen in good used condition.

Typical wartime battlefield relic that was picked up shortly after the battles. The helmet is marked ET64 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale and the helmet retains up to 75% of of both original factory applied decals. The helmet retains a large battle damaged area on top of the helmet showing multiple large cracks. Most likely a explosion was near the helmet which cracked the shell. The helmet no longer retains a liner, chinstrap and rivets.

A nice late war pioneer Sturmgepäck worn together with the two small side pouches this is the rarest of the three pouches as worn by Pioniertruppen. The pouch is in mint/unissued condition!

Rare late war short handled pioneer wire cutters pouch in late war Ersatz type pouch material lined with Press-Stoff. This is the second time I’ve ever encountered this model!
