New€130.00Wehrpass to Gefreiter Herbert Osteroth. His Wehrpass was issued on 11.7.1938. He served with the RAD prior to his military service. In August 1939 he joined the army with Infanterie Ersatz Batalion 17 in Braunschweig. He was promoted to Obergrenadier on 1.10.40 and Gefreiter on 1.2.41. He was killed in action serving with Infanterie Regiment 17 with the 31st Infanterie Division on 29.6.1941. He was killed in Russia at Rozana. He was awarded the HJ-Leistungsabzeichen. Nice Wehrpass for further research!

NewRare Nürnberg desk eagle by Metallwarenfabrik Emmerich & Schöning, Berlin attributed to SS Sturmführer in Stettin 1935. This is a typical second pattern early Nürnberg desk eagle made by Metallwarenfabrik Emmerich & Schöning, Berlin. The eagle retains its period marble base complete with its original plaque attributed with the following text; Seinem Sturmführer zum Geburtstag in Treuert Kameradschaft gewid. der SS Sturm 1./P/13 Stettin 1935. A quick google search leads to two different units that were stationed at Stettin in 1935 being the SS Standarte 9 ‘Stettin’ and the SS- und Polizeigerichts XXIV Stettin. With some further research I am sure the exact unit and company of the placque could be identified and thus possibly the original owner of this desk eagle. The eagle is in excellent condition complete with its original base. Superb piece with excellent attribution!

NewRare Waffen-SS Soldbuch Götz von Berlichingen – wounded in Normandy. The Soldbuch was issued to Alois Stahl who served with Stabsbatterie, SS Artillerie Regiment 17, Götz von Berlichingen. The soldbuch is in good condition containing a number of interesting entries and photo. Alois was wounded 8.7.44 when his unit was fighting at Le Dezert, near Saint Lo and treated at Kriegslazarett 612. He was later wounded 4.8.44 when his unit was fighting at Mortain and treated at Kriegslazarett 680. Alois was 17 when his unit went into combat in Normandy and he turned 18 years old durignt the Bocage fighting. A very interesting soldbuch that has a good possibility for further research!

Rare Heer Soldbuch to Stug crew member Ernst Bredenkamp
NewRare Heer Soldbuch to Obergefreiter, later Unteroffizier Ernst Bredenkamp. His Erkennungsmarke reads 2. Inf. Ers. Btl. 468 indicating 2. Kompanie Infanterie Ersatz Bataillon 468. In 1943 he was sent to Sturmgeschutz Ersatz und Ausbildungs Abteilung 300, then to Sturmgeschutz Ersatz und Ausbildungs Abteilung 600. In 1944 he was sent to Panzer Ersatz und Ausbildungs Abteilung 7. This is where it gets interesting because this unit was merged into the newly formed ‘Walküre’ unit Panzer-Abteilung 2112. There is a pencil written note on the first page of the soldbuch of 3. Pz. Brig. 2112. The portrait photo of him in a Sturmgeschütz wrapper, with piped enlisted men Heer kragenspiegel without skulls indicates he was most probably a Panzergrenadier and was a typical garment for members of the 21. Panzerdivision which lent out some units to this very brigade 2112.
He was sick and later wounded a number of times. 12.6.44 he was taken in with Chronical Tonsillitis in Reserve Lazarett Lötzen (Ostpreussen) On 15.9.44 he was treated for bullet wounds in Feld-Lazarett 646, which at that point was stationed in Lubny, Ukraine. On 21.9.44 he was treated for bullet wounds again in Teillatzarret Bayreuth. On 8.11.44 he was once more treated for bullet wounds in Bayreuth. On 20.3.45 he was shot trough his leg with damage to his nerve system.
This is a nice Soldbuch for further research!

Luftwaffe Soldbuch to Helmut Nafe, Divisions Füsiliers Bataillon 347, Hurtgenwald
New€200.00A interesting Luftwaffe Soldbuch to Feldwebel Helmut Nafe. He served with a number of units. In 1943 he served with Luftwaffen-Jäger-Regiment 27. In 1944 he trained at the Flugzeugführerdoppelschule in Warnemünde. 9.10.44 he moved with Luftwaffen-Festungs-Bataillon IV (who were stationed in Herogen and Schmidtheim), 1.11.44 he moved to Divisions Füsiliers Bataillon 347 which served under the 347 Infanterie Division which by that time was fighting in the Hurtgenwald.
He was issued a Tarnnetz for his helmet.
Divisions Füsiliers Bataillon 347Unfortunately page 3/4 and the awards page are missing. This is a nice Soldbuch worthy of further research!

On the first page one can see the ink markings Generale Staf, III e afdeeling, RB. D, No. Alg. 279 – indicating it would have been a part of the pre war Dutch intelligence service of the General Staff of the Dutch army. This section of the General Staff existed only bewteen 1914 and 1940. Besides a interesting pre war tactical manual this is a nice historical piece!
