Rare pre war MG34 Lafette dated 1938 in original paint
NewRare pre war MG34 Lafette dated 1938 in original paint which would be very hard to upgrade. The Lafette is a pre war 1938 dated example with full original details. From the factory this Lafette would have been finished in Buntfarbenanstrich which can be seen underneath the field grey paint. The Lafette has its Aluminium WaA 383 optic mounting block. The Lafette is a hard to find pre war example in untouched condition. There are several layers of wartime applied paint with the field grey finish being on top. The Lafette seems to be complete and typical for this variant without the deflector tray or spare bolt box. The oil brush in the handle is missing. It is not to be confused with a restored example; the paint finish on the Lafette is original. The Lafette would be a great piece in a equipment display and is exceptionally hard to find in this working and untouched condition!

The leather is stiff but plyable. The rough side has some storage grease residue but the pair is fairly clean. This is a exciting and very hard to find pair, which if I didn’t already have a set of, would never sell – you will not – find a pair in better condition!

New€350.00US army mapcase with Liege map marked Turner Mfg. Co. 1942. This is a nice set complete with map and map board. The map shows the upper left portion of the Ardennes region and the south of the Netherlands. The map shows a large portion of the Meuse river which was one of the tactical goals for the Germans. The Sprimont, Maastricht and Heerlen area is also well visible on the map. The mapcase is in good used condition and is complete with carrying strap.

ID’ed US M1938 mapcase with board and Valognes/St. Pierre-Eglise
New€450.00ID’ed US M1938 mapcase with board and Valognes/St. Pierre-Eglise maps in good condition. The mapcase is named Cnd Terrel and has a number of markings on the clear cover and its wrap. Another nice addition is the handsewn button underneath the closing flap for attatching a separate piece like a whistle or compass. I have not researched the mapcase but found it as is. Both the maps of St. Pierre-Eglise and Valognes are glued together on the back. The area of interest in the map is mostly attributable for the US 4th Infantry Division, North of Utah beach and east of Cherbourg. There are several small pencil markings on the map. Nice piece in good used condition!

There are two sets of award loops on both breasts positions. The shoulderstraps are rayon piped examples with matching Unteroffizierstresse on the collar. The fliegerblouse is in very good, untouched condition and would be very hard to upgrade.

Rare late war MG34 u. MG42 ammunation case carrying bag
New€1,950.00Incredibly scarce ammunition carrying bag for the MG34 and MG42 ammunition boxes. Manufactured from late war red striped material same as used for MP44 magazine pouches. These carrying bags where designed to carry a set of two ammunition boxes. This is a single bag which was worn with a single box which seems to have happened often later in the war. These bags where mostly used by Fallschirmjäger and Waffen-SS troops later in the war. These bags are incredibly scarce and this is a excellent, lightly used example.

Q66 M35 double decal Heer helmet from Castricum
NewStunning untouched M35 helmet that was liberated from a Dutch attic in Castricum last week. The helmet was sourced from a non-collector who’s uncle picked it up at the end of the war. The helmet is a textbook M35 double decal helmet marked Q66 indicating production by Quist. The helmet retains the factory installed reinforced aluminium liner and chinstrap marked O. Reichel Lengefeld 1938. The helmet retains its factory paint and decals up to 95%. Excellent helmet that has never been in a collection before!

At some point it was reissued by the factory which refinished it externally in textured Feldgrau paint. The helmet retains its factory fitted liner and early chinstrap!

New€275.00Textbook example of the Handschar Waffen-SS Collar Tab. These were intended for the 29. Waffen-Grenadier-Division Der SS Russische Nr.1. This is an unissued, late war piece, in the typical “Dachau” construction as found in the SS storehouse at the Dachau camp when it was liberated by US Army forces in 1945. These are embroidered in silver-gray on a base of typical SS black wool. On the reverse, the textbook Dachau type coarsely woven tan buckram stiffener is visible. There is some glue on the back, as well as the white stitching common to these Dachau tabs. Overall textbook construction with silver-white embroidered “Handschar” symbol on a typical black wool backing, and on the reverse the coarsely woven tan buckram stiffener is clearly visible.
