    Textbook Kriegsmarine double decal helmet marked ET62 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale. The helmet is a textbook, double decal example in very good condition. The Kriegsmarine ordered its personnel to remove the Tricolor decal in 1940 and not many have survived this order. The helmet retains its factory installed liner with 1940 dated chinstrap. A impeccable textbook example would be very hard to upgrade!

    US 82nd Airborne Ike Jacket to Frederick R. Amico, a veteran of Market Garden and the battle of Bulge serving in 2/508th PIR D Co. The ike jacket is in very good condition with period applied insignia. Interesting detail is that Amico has both the Glider and Jump wings. Excellent and beautiful Ike jacket that would be a great base for further research!

  • Der Dienstunterricht im Heere Ausgabe für den Schützen der Schützenkompanie

    A nice original Reibert manual. These manuals where private issue in the 1940’s and a very popular item. These manuals are very thorough and they talk over every single aspect the German soldier was taught in. The book contains German history, Drills, Mannerisms, squad formations, weapons handling, shooting and maintenance, airplane recognition, horse riding, ranks, how to behave/write/talk, heavy weapons and so on and so on.

    They where brought out in different versions, this one being the variant for the “Schützen der Schützenkompanie” or simply riflemen. The manual counts 332 pages and is in readable condition.

    A light used pair of mid to late war felt boots or Filzstiefel in good used condition. Typical eastern front footwear worn and issued with the reversible, non reversible and Charkovparkas. The pair is a nice large size which will most likely fit all of the modern sized mannequins. The felt issued boots are in good, light used condition which would look perfect on a mannequin in an eastern front display!

    Excellent pre war Polizei issue M31 breadbag which is easily recognizable by the colour of the fabric. Textbook pre war example with high quality fabric, aluminium hardware and leather reinforcements on the belt loops. The breadbag is nicely marked Po 1939 and seems to be named but this is sadly not clearly readable. Very nice example!

    Textbook Fallschirmjäger worn French pre war tropical service shirt. These shirts were often worn by Fallschirmjäger in tropical areas. These shirts were issued from French captured stocks. The shirt has a hand applied cloth Fallschirmschützenabzeichen and breast eagle. There is a set of hand sewn award loops and a nice pair of shoulderstraps for a Unteroffizier der Fallschirmtruppen. Nice tropical shirt in a good large size!

  • US M1 Fixed bale helmet with period Lieutenant markings

    Rare original US M1 helmet for a Lieutenant. The helmet and its liner are found together and both retain their period applied Lieutenant bars, the liner being painted and the outer shell a piece of medical tape. The liner is named Stuart N Senniger O-514773. Rare original Lieutenant helmet in very good condition that would be very hard to upgrade!

    A scarce buckle! The aluminum buckle is marked RZM 36/40 ᛋᛋ indicating production by Overhoff in 1940. These buckles in aluminum where only produced for one or two months when the order came to halt the production in aluminum and switch to steel early in 1940. Rare and hard to find buckle and a essential piece for the specialized buckle collector!

    A nice original combat worn and textbook Splittertarn cover in strong used condition. The cover is photographed on a size 64 helmet shell. These helmet covers where issued to a lot of different units later in the war but one of the most prominent early adaptors was the Grossdeutschland division. Scarce to find helmet cover that retains loads of character and is in great condition!

  • ET68 single decal M38 paratrooper helmet in FJR6 camouflage pattern

    Stunning and textbook M38 paratrooper or Fallschirmjäger helmet in the tell-tale sawdust two-tone camouflage pattern as used with the 6. Falschirmjäger Regiment. The helmet is marked ET68 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale with its factory placed size 56 liner with original chinstraps and its original bolts. The leather of the liner has several glued repairs. The helmet was factory finished in feldgrau with a single decal which can still be seen underneath the paint. The helmet was camouflaged between April and June 1944 together with most of the regiments helmet which were all camouflaged in one batch. The helmet retains 80% of its wartime applied factory paint. The 6. Fallschirmjäger Regiment was one of the most well known German paratrooper units during the war being stationed as a defensive force in Normandy prior to the invasion, fighting the 101st Airborne division, to retreat through Carentan, fighting around Geel, along Hells Highway during Market Garden, Woensdrecht and Hoogerheide and the Parachute drop during the Ardennes offensive. The helmet is a textbook and excellent example of a FJR6 camouflage helmet that would be very hard to upgrade and I wouldn’t mind to keep for my personal collection!

  • M31 canteen Hungarian POW art

    Interesting early M31 canteen which has been turned into an art piece. Sadly the cup and flask aren’t matching but they seem to be together for a long time! Interesting is the HRE 1935(!) marked flask which indicates production by Heinrich Ritter, Esslingen in 1935. The aluminium flask itself is simply changed into a colorful art piece! The design is very interesting and colorful. The art piece is dated 7-2-1946 and marked “Emlék Salzburgból” which is Hungarian and would translate to “Memorial from Salzburg”. Most likely done by a Hungarian POW (prisoner of war).

    A nice photo album for a soldier serving in Infanterie Regiment 65 part of the 22 Luftlande division who took part in the invasion of the Netherlands in 1940. The album has many interesting photos including with glider landings, heavy MG’s, Mortars and other accompanying documents. A very nice and complete album which would be a great base for further research!

    The bayonet is nicely marked PAL which indicates Pal blade and tool Co. 

    This is the long 16 inch (40,6cm) bayonet with bakelite grips which sometimes is referred to as the M1942 bayonet but this never was a designation used by the US Army. Rare unshortened example in minty condition with full parkerized finish!

The helmet is marked ET68 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale with its factory placed size 56 liner with period attached chinstraps and its original bolts.
