Mint condition original German helmet chinstrap marked RF.Nr. 0/0494/0008.

A very nice original M42 messkit with over 90% of its factory paint remaining. The weskit is marked ET42 indicating production by Eisenhüttenwerke, Thale. This well known helmet manufacturer made a small batch of messkits, just as its collegues EF, and HKP. Rare original messkit!

Very nice textbook tropical A-frame pouch dated 1942.

Late war Soldbuch of Jäger Hildebrandt. The soldbuch was handed out on the 1st of April 1945. At this time Jäger Hildebrandt served in the Genesenden-Kompanie-Grenadier Ersatz und Ausbildungs battalion 467, with was located in Stendal near the Elbe river. He was awarded the Verwundetenabzeichen im Schwarz and Kriegsverdienstkreuz II Klasse mit Schwerter on Hitlers birthday in 1945.  Very hard to find late war Soldbuch for a Berlin battle veteran!

With the Soviet and Allied forces advancing towards Berlin, Jäger Hildebrandt was transferred to Kampfgruppe Oberstleutnant Bahr, which was part of the Divisionsgruppe Von Hake as Grenadier-Regiment Von Hake. A hastily formed unit which fell subordinate to the XXXXI Panzerkorps. The Kampfgruppe Bahr/Grenadier regiment von Hake was made up from several units like a Flak battalion from Hannover, Gren.E.A.Btl. 467 from Stendal and a battalion of the Hundeschule Rathenow. On the 22nd of April the Panzerkorps fell under the leadership of the 12th Army, commanded by General der Panzertruppe Walter Wenck, and was sent east of the Elbe river to attack towards Berlin, and relieve the units trapped in and around the city. The main effort of the 12th army was to attack towards Potsdam and the trapped 9th Army at Halbe. Initially the attack surprised the Russians and the German forces gained some success, reaching as far as Schwielowsee near Potsdam. The Divisionsgruppe Von Hake however was sent further north to the area of Neuruppin and northwest of Havelberg to face the Russian 47th Army. An attack by the XXXXI Panzerkorps which was intended to push towards the city of Berlin didn’t stand any chance, instead they broke through at Kyritz on the 1.5.1945, on 2.5.1945 another Soviet attack broke trough the Panzerkops lines at Friesack and Fehrbellin. What was left of the Divisionsgruppe von Hake tried to withdraw to the bridgehead at Tangermünde and thus escape Russian captivity.

A set of matching magazine pouches for the MG13 light machine-gun. Very nice pre war construction and in very good, lightly used condition. The pouches are filled with paper and come without magazines.

Very nice mid war Gebirgsjäger rucksack in very good condition. Nicely marked GMO 42.

Nice G43 pouch variant in thick vinyl. This pouch is marked fuq 1945 indication production by Curt Vogel, Cottbuss. A nice G43 pouch in very mint condition!

Also referred to as a salt dispenser. Nicely dated 1942. A hard to find variant in very good, unissued condition!

Very nice original late war blue MG34 and MG42 ammunition drum marked hqu 43 indicating production by Markes & Co., K.-G., Metallwarenfabrik u. Apparatebau, Lüdenscheid. The drum is in its original paint and storage grease and would be hard to upgrade.

Very nice and unissued US M1 Garand cartridge belt. Nicely maker marked and dated Hinson MFG CO 1942. The belt is unissued condition and would be impossible to upgrade.

A unusual, late war canteen filling funnel. These funnels where used in field kitchens and together with the 5, 10, and 18 liter aluminium “Trinkwasser” drinking water containers to fill canteens. These funnels had the capacity of exactly one standard 0.8 liter canteen. They are wide enough at the top for a 5, 10 or 18 liter drinking water  container to easily poor. It is used by holding a finger underneath the small hole underneath the funnel and then filled to the top. The funnel is then placed above a canteen and the finger is removed. The canteen will be filled quick and without spillage! The funnel is made out of enameled steel like many of the late war canteens. A nice unusual item!

Nice original tabbed aluminum Reichsarbeitsdienst belt buckle marked Sieper & Söhne 1936. The buckle comes with the added leather cloth protector on the back.

A nice pre war Czech straight E-tool. The complete stock of Czech uniforms and equipment was taken in by the German army at the beginning of the occupation in 1938. A large portion of these shovels was straightly re-issued into the Waffen-SS which up till 1940 could not rely on the issue of equipment through the OKW. Hence you can see these a lot of pictures of the Waffen-SS in the early campaign. These shovels where used and issued within all branches of the Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS from 1940 onwards. I’ve included a few pictures of these shovels in German use.

Rare late war parka trouser suspenders in good mint condition. The trousers are lined with Sumpftarn indicating late war manufacture.

Beautiful folding E-tool maker marked and dated L&S 1941. Unlike many this one has never been repainted/stripped or refinished. Beautiful and textbook example!

Classic pre war compass by Breithaupt, Kassel. Complete with the original sling.

Textbook DLV crank catch belt buckle in very good condition. The belt buckle is the rare crank catch variant and retains up to 95% of its original factory frosting.
