Very rare Luftwaffe clear map holder or Schutzhülle für Zielkarten SHZ2 in excellent, unissued condition. These map holders were used to keep maps safe during flight. The holder is complete with the original cardboard insert/divider. The map holder is nicely marked Baumuster SHZ 2, Fl.Nr. 23855, Paul Gebhardt Söhne, Berlin, Gew. 0.2 Kg, Fertigst. 1. 3. 40. Extremely hard to find specialized Luftwaffe piece of equipment!

One of the rarest mapcase accessories: an original paper notebook for map sketching, taking notes and write down findings and messages. This is a beautiful period example for military use! The Helm Meldeblock is one of the most sought after type of these note books. Hard to find example in very good condition designed for military use!

Second pattern orange butterdish marked 3x K by Heinrich Ulbricht in excellent condition.

Very rare and extremely scarce Eberhard Faber Taktik-Etui Nr. 542 in excellent condition. The pouch features all 4 coloured (yellow, red, blue & black) propelling pencils which are all undamaged and complete with their fillings inside! The pouch also contains its original tube for spare fillings. The pouch even contains the “Marschleistungen” measurement tool which is virtually always missing from these sets. This set only misses a period eraser and the belt loop has been removed, which was sometimes done when worn inside the mapcase. These sets were privately purchased from the manufacturer Eberhard Faber which designed this set together with some other products (such as the Krokierstifte) in a line with products designed for usage within the Wehrmacht (Spezial-Erzeugnisse für die Wehrmacht). The pouch itself is designed to be worn on the belt or to be attached to a button on the uniform, the pouch is manufactured from high quality brown coloured leather. Extremely rare set which are very collectible but very hard to encounter, especially in this condition! This set is coming from own personal collection!

Aluminum Luftwaffe sauce spoon marked FLUV and WSM 38.

Distance meter or Kurvenmesser. The Kurvenmesser is in great working condition. Although these are mostly advertised as ‘ Wehrmacht ‘ or being a issued piece; these are all privately purchased. To be quite frank; 99% of the offered examples on the market today are most probably post war, with this one being no different other then it being advertised correctly. These pieces are however exactly the same as the 1940’s examples as the factories that made these never really changed the ‘winning’ concept. A nice mapcase accessory in good working condition at a sharp price.

Clear mapcase insert in good used condition. These where issued with map cases and used to keep maps dry in the rain and folded on the right place. These where also used to draw on to the smooth transparent surface to keep the maps unmarked. This example is nicely marked A. Fischer, Berlin 1932. This is the earliest date example I have ever had to offer!

Rare pre war pattern compass manufactured by Busch (Emil Busch A.-G., Rathenow) with a bakelite housing. This is one of the rarest patterns to encounter from all the compasses. The bakelite housing is in good condition without any damages. Nice example!
