Rare German reissued Dutch pre war M33 helmet
€650.00A very nice Dutch pre war helmet reissued in the Wehrmacht. There are in general two types of pre war Dutch helmets reissued within the German army. The first type was a compete example with Dutch liner and chinstrap which was captured directly from army stocks in 1940. The second type were 4160 unfinished shells that were sold to the German government by the Dutch company of Artillerie Inrichtingen that was liquidated in 1942. These shells were acquired and fitted with specially modified German helmet liners by the company Biedermann & Charnikow in Litzmannstadt. These helmets were made specifically for the Schutzmannschaft and mostly issued guarding rural areas and fighting Partisans on the eastern front. The helmet comes with its wartime converted and assembled German M31 liner and chinstrap. Due to the shape of the helmets shell the liners are always installed backwards on a specifically designed mounting plate. Externally the lion plate insignia on the front has been removed and the helmet has been fully repainted in a textured Feldgrau paint. Exceptionally rare example that would be very hard to upgrade!

ckl64 M42 single decal Heer helmet with bullet damage
€2,500.00ckl64 M42 single decal Heer helmet with bullet damage in very good condition. The helmet is marked CKL62 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale. The helmet is a textbook single decal example with a near perfect toned Heer decal. The helmet retains its factory installed liner. The chinstrap is a unmarked original which in my opinion was added to the helmet at some point. The shell has a large hole portruding the upper part of the shell above the reach of the fingers of the liner. There is another subsequent ‘ding’ on the back indicating a second hit. Very nice and aesthetic example; a conversation piece for sure.

Rare ET64 M35 Luftwaffe double decal wire camouflage helmet
€3,350.00Rare M35 Luftwaffe double decal wire camouflage helmet marked ET64 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale. This is a textbook pre war M35 double decal helmet with original factory installed liner and broken chocolate brown chinstrap. The helmet retains its original decals and factory finish up to 80%. Externally the helmet was lightly camouflaged with several neatly applied green spots all over the helmet. The helmet has a period applied metal wire around the helmet for the application of vegetation. There is a good amount of interaction of the shell with the wire which was applied to the helmet before the war’s end. The helmets shell is slightly deformed at the front left rivet which can be seen observing the shape of the shell. This is probably due to artillery explosion shockwaves because there is no damage to the shell or its paint indicating a direct hit or drop. The helmet is named Gefreiter Schwenk in the skirt of the shell. The helmet is a US veteran bring back and was stored in a footlocker until approximately 10 years ago when it was sold on the MAX show. It has been in a single collection since and now the first time on the open market. Hard to upgrade and for sure original wire camouflage helmet in excellent condition!

The head strap is still flexible and feels elastic and can easily be displayed on a helmet! This pattern has only been produced pre war and on a smaller scale as the later pattern, finding these in good condition is almost impossible.
