Very nice “tropical” M31 breadbag in good condition. This breadbag is most likely made in the Ghetto of Lodz, Poland which the Germans renamed into “Litzmannstadt”. They are made using parts of captured British equipment items. These British equipment items where left in 1940 when the (BEF) British Expeditionary Force evacuated to the United Kingdom. The Germans sent this British equipment to Litzmannstadt for recycling and a lot of work was put in disassembling every British equipment piece and recycling the individual parts into German army equipment. Y-straps, A-frames and rucksacks are a few of the items made in Litzmannstadt. Very nice original M31 breadbag!

Nice RAD issue M31 breadbag. The breadbag is marked R.A.D.B.A.B.F. which indicates this example was issued to the Reichsarbeitsdienst. Sadly the breadbag is missing one of the D-rings on the rear. Excellent RAD issue breadbag in good used but not abused condition!

Textbook late war manufactured M31 in very good, most likely unissued condition. The construction of this breadbag shows mixed materials where both leather and webbing are used. This is a typical late war feature. The breadbag is nicely marked with a big ink stamp; RBNr. 0/0650/0345 which indicates production by an unknown manufacturer. Excellent example!

Pre war Dutch breadbag reissued for the Wehrmacht in good used condition. This is a typical pre war Dutch example modified by removing the canteen compartment and addition of loops and D-rings. Hard to find!

Early M31 breadbag in good used condition.

Rare 1934 dated Heer breadbag named Paul Roggendorf, Leichlingen in good used condition. The breadbag is nicely named inside and the inside of the closing flap reatains the B34 marking indicating it went into depot in 1934, but possibly could be produced in 1932 or 1933. Very hard to find pre 1935 example in good used condition!

Rare Dutch ‘Onbereden troepen ‘ breadbag in very good condition. This is a rare, pre 1940 example without any serious damages. Hard to find example!

Textbook pre war Heer M31 breadbag in good condition. This is a typical pre war manufactured example which features aluminium hardware, leather reinforcements on the belt loops and field grey fabric. The breadbag is very nicely double(!) marked A. Waldhausen, Köln 1937. Sadly the breadbag is missing two buttons. Textbook pre war example!

Textbook pre war Luftwaffe issued M31 breadbag in very good, used condition. The breadbag is a typical pre war example with aluminium hardware and leather reinforcements on the belt loops. The breadbag is nicely marked LBA(s) 38 which indicates this example has been issued to the Luftwaffe. Nice example!

Textbook early Luftwaffe issue M31 breadbag in excellent condition. The breadbag is a typical early example with leather reinforcements on the belt loops. This example is vaguely marked but the shape of the marking indicates Wersa. Textbook example!

Reichswehr gasmask bag dated 1923 in excellent condition. The bag is a nice early variant with original strap named Stelzer. Hard to find pre war gasmask bag!

Very rare early manufactured Kriegsmarine issued Y-strap in very good condition. The Y-strap is beautifully marked Wersa, München 1941 and features an eagle with the capital M, which indicates that this is a Kriegsmarine issued example! The Y-straps are manufactured in 1941 and shows factory applied steel hardware. Very rare Y-strap which would be hard to upgrade!

Very nice and rare Luftwaffe issue ammunition box for 15 1KG incendiary bombs “B1. El. m. Z.”. The box retains around 95% of its original factory applied tan paint. This example has a Luftwaffe BAL acceptance ink stamp. These boxes are very hard to find!

Scarce mint webbing with leather straps for the large Wehrmacht issue food container. Both straps are matching and thereby both nicely marked ftq 1943. These webbing carrying straps are virtually always missing from the food containers and are very hard to find as a spare, surely in this condition! Excellent spare set to complete a food container!

Nice original pre war brown leather mapcase in very good condition. The mapcase is nicely marked Leo Schmidt, München 1935 and features a unit marking L.Kgs.Sch.F-Bruck. The mpacase is complete with its original contents which consists out of some pencils, a brown leather clear mapcase insert and multiple writing blocks with period writing full of interesting information. Very nice untouched and filled example which deserves further research!
